Who would want any of our bottom 10-15 players.

Even when we had some players of half decent value (Tarrant & Brown) we managed to **** it up and get bugger all for them.

We got bugger all for them as their bodies were fcked.... clubs do medicals you know!

Not sure what we’d have to add to the F1 but based on today Port would be after more for Houston. Maybe it’s just their way of keeping him.

I’d be back pushing for that 13 though.

No way. Our F1 is a great deal for them. They wanted to get into this draft without losing significant draft capital and failed. Pick 13 is poor compensation for a contracted gun. They should be telling Houston to come to us for F1 or to stay.

They were flogging it off for around pick 13 and Noble(worth about pick 40)

I'm adding nothing. Zilch.

How though? Collingwood has nothing else to give right? Unless GC throw in something extra or accept a future 2nd instead of 1st but then surely they’d be better off dealing with us for their 13
A F2 instead I suspect.

Hopefully GC have cracked the shits and move on.

Who was the last senior opposition player that we traded in that performed better for us then their previous club?

Despite trading in players every year, our best performing players are players we have drafted, particularly those with high picks. So yeah, it does appear to count…
Lachie Young

Have a think back to years prior; how many of the actual/final trades were accurately reported on (or leaked) prior to them being formalised? Very few.

Stop living and dying on the shitty "reporting" being put out there all day. It's bad for your sanity.

I think Twomey's reputation as the doyen of trade and draft news still remains in tact.

It was Beveridge who put out the story that mimicked Ralph and Morris' musings.

Cal put out the first story to say Port don't agree with it.

Alright brady I’m taking over
44 for Parker and konstanty done deal

Walk away from all other deals

Split pick 2 with tigers for 6 and 10/11

They then get Lalor and FOS

We get a KPF and Tauru

Hey tazaa have port blinked here?
I think that deal is shit for them.
Collingwoods gonna have to offer up more which I think they somehow will.

This could drag out into Wednesday which is better for us.

We’re still a longshot but until Houston actually nominates the Pies then Port will continue to ask for more.

Power really do hold all the leverage here.

I mean the fact our future 1st is on the table they really can’t walk away from something like that.

Two days to go. Pies still in the box seat.

Some Carlton nuffie saying we’ve floated F1 and Goad

So reading that tweet and factoring in Tom’s, Dan really wants to go to Collingwood (or Carlton) and really doesn’t want to go to North. Why bother then North? If he isn’t interested, aren’t you wasting both your recruiting teams time for other stuff?

Or it’s all wrong and he is open to North?
