Starting to see that the Club will prolly emerge big time when the Tassy team arrives on the scene and dilutes the talent pool even further...ageing stars will play longer and be managed...as a consequence...wouldn't surprise me to see Dangerflop, the basketball ex-captain of the pies and his bald off-sider still playing until then!
We clean up further with 'cherry on top' free agency...

You can't compare 2004 to 2024. The Richmond footy club was a mess then. We had 1 part time recruiter then. Thats it. Now we have a full team. This will be a lot different.

Yes we will dominate the draft but the flip side is we have lost 3 of our top 5 from the BnF.
Rioli-HBF is an easy position to fill and we have numerous kids knocking the door down to fill that spot
Bolton-Freak but flakey.....has kicked 30+ goals the last 3 years so we need someone to step up there. Campbell?
Baker-His leadership is the void he leaves. Was bog average this year. Obviously struggled with the decision somewhat...
JGTI-Thanks for 2017-202.....besides that he became a list cloger.

We've lost Grimes & Pickett too.

Dusty from the fwd/mid rotation out too. Campbell started forward but he runs better than he kicks goals. He'd be good on a wing.
we lost 4 half fwd/mids. We have MRJ, Clarke, Mansell.
If we see 2 kids come into the middle, gunna have to play Ross, Sonsie, Hopper, Taranto, Prestia at half fwd. None of them fantastic forwards.

Lynch back hopefully and Bauer too, both like a goal.

Any gun small forwards in the draft?
