Universal Love Jarrad McVeigh 200 Games

Hadn't seen that before. Brings a tear to the eye. Has been a fantastic leader for Swans and his speech at the AFL season launch was remarkable. Congrats Mac

Kurt Tippett to the Swans? **UPDATE: Tippett requests trade to Sydney***

Definately feel sorry for Kurt. Shafted by AFC, shafted by the AFL and fined by the Swan's for not wearing his club tie to the hearing............

Love LRT. Fantastic recognition. Has he changed his hair in his 11 years with the Swans? Louie, Louie, Oh Boy, said Way I Go.

    Dermie sookier than the fans

Dermie still sooking. Saying Goodsey should have been sited and no mention of Mitchell's crude slide into Reid. Just needs to be unbiased. And then slags Roosy, saying he was watching a different game. Please.

    Longmire's Job Security

Re: Longmire the Spud TDL is our only natural forward, he IS NOT A SUB, just as Everitt is not a sub and Seaby is not a sub.....etc

I'm sure we are all happy to suppotr the boys when we see some effort. Rain hail or shine, effort will win out. BUT, we do not see any effort of late down SOUTH. If we come with the same efoort in 2 weeks against the Bombres they will will by 100 points. Oh I'm sure we will beat the Bullfrogs...

Couldn't have put it better myself. Just said on other post that my Nephew who is 13 is yet to see the Swans win live. Best is a draw and 1 point loss. My son who is 10 has seen 2 wins. Attended every game except for Geelong last year. He wonders what all the hype is about. PATHETIC.

Preview Round 9: The Sydney Swans vs. The St Kilda Saints

Spoilt children???? Have you been in Melbourne lately for Swans games? My Nephew is yet to see a win live and my son has seen about 2. PATHETIC.

Preview Round 9: The Sydney Swans vs. The St Kilda Saints

Just another pathetic performance by the Swans in Melbourne. I am getting sick and tired of our insipid Melbourne performances. McGlynn and Jack about the only 2 who had a crack. TDL is not a sub. Rucks were ordinary, did not show Blake any respect. McVeigh does not have a position. Only...

Game Day Round 7: Sydney v Richmond

I think we need to invest games into players that are a chance to play in a GF in 2014-16. Obviously you need to keep playing experienced players, which is why I didn't mention Jude, ROK or Goodes. But, I think White, Everitt have proved that they are not up to it. Seaby is just filling in time...

Preview Round 8: The Sydney Swans vs. The Melbourne Demons

He's injured and has been for 4 weeks. Need to give him a rest. It's been terrible what we have done to him. He could hardly run past a jog today. Invest in the future.

Game Day Round 7: Sydney v Richmond

Time to face reality for a few players and supporters. Who will be in our next premiership team? Seaby no. Everitt no. White no. Shaw? Mattner? How bad are we at picking our subs? From Seaby in the first game last year, we have learnt nothing. Our choices in the last 2 games have been...

Preview Round 7: The Sydney Swans vs. The Richmond Tigers

Fine and dandy at the moment, but subject to change. Rain and hail predicted for tonight, so hopefully we'll be done and won before hand. Really hope Everitt isn't the sub today. Much prefer Nippa or Harry.

Goodes To Become Swans Games Record Holder This Week

Forgot to mention, it has been an absolute pleasure to watch Goodesy's career to date. He has been a champion of the game and the club and still has a lot left in him as he shows no signs of slowing down. Onwards to 400.

Goodes To Become Swans Games Record Holder This Week

Mighty Mick is playing for Avondale Heights on Anzac Day in Melbourne. He was interviewed on SEN the other day and said he would be going down to tassie for Goodsey's game, as long as he was able to walk after playing.

    Opinion Jed Lamb

Looks like we should always trade our 1st round pick and then draft the eyes out later on. Sam Reid will be the equal to #1 priority pick by years end and we got got him 38? Goodes 43. ROK in the 30's. Parker et al. Hope Lamd can cut the gravy. Sorry:)

Game Day R3 NAB Cup - Essendon v Sydney

True, looks like Hurley has the same rules as N.Reiwoldt. LRT, Seaby, Pyke, Morton, Walsh struggled. Parker and Cunningham plusses and of course Reid. Can Goodes play forever please. Otherwise was disappointed with our efforts. Thought we'd win comfortably. Not so bullish about our chances to...
