Good post. May not mean anything but the last 4 years Shutts has been top end focussed. Senior coach, CEO etc. Ryan Smith was taking care of media for players and general comms from events etc. As of Aug 5th, Ryan took up a position with the govt and Shutts us back doing it all.

Which would indicate your concerns are justified. I've gone from enjoying to taking issue with approach to controlling messaging. Put an expansion of that in the members survey. I've not been following closely enough this season to take the email route.

Keeping it higher priority imo. Which means fixing some things at the club for sure. Doesn't mean don't play finals though imo. I'm not sure we'll make it. But making it will mean we're in good form.

If we are good enough to win 6+ of next 8 games - we'll be good enough to be competitive I finals. Exp in finals a premium for us atm.
