Obviously agree on Voss as a player
My bias as **** opinion
Best
Tier 1 - Lockett, Carey, Kouta (his best 5 individual games would be in the top 20 individual games of any player ever)
Tier 2 - SOS, Ablett Senior, Ablett Junior, Judd, Williams
Tier 3 - Voss, Buckley, Hird (yuck)
But...
What make you confident on Voss? I hope to God he is good but we interviewed him last time and went with Teague, plus he was not good at Brisbane, plus all the port fans hate Hinkley (which is weird).
I agree Stocker shows as much heart as any player on the list and has earned more midfield...
For all the posters whinging about the Murphy discussion, why don't you raise something else (relevant to the club, not about someones cats) that is more interesting for everyone to talk about?
Where would you rank Murphys leadership as a captain compared to all the other captains you have seen in your time?
If you had to list them where would he be?
Do you think any of those 20+ year vets would take a year of sick leave just to get themselves to 30 years at the expense of a younger employee getting a permanent contract? 😂
I think that's a bit far
I just dont think they were leaders, they needed strong leaders to show them the way

Cripps and Doc seem like genuine leaders, now they are the vets hopefully its like when you drive a car for the first time yourself and feel...
I have a theory that many people won't like, I have nothing solid to go on, just a hunch and could be totally wrong.

He was pick 5, with 4 years development and 2 top 5 finishes in their BnF, our list is in compete mode.
6 and a third rounder is surely on the mark, not to mention less salary than was on offer at freo.
heck off media
100%, why isn't Ben Silvagni playing there?
Happens all the time in local footy where brothers are split across the first and seconds and makes the club a better place.
Voss and Hamill in, Marc Murphy out
Feels like a good shift in driving aggressive standards
2022 we need
-Cripps back to his best
-Curnow back to 80%
-McGovern to give us something
-Injury free run for Martin
-Injury free run for Williams
-Injury free run for Doc
-One of Stocker, Dow...
I found this interesting
Greg Willam's signed for Carlton in 1992 for 4 years, 500k a year
The average house price in Melbourne was 184k
Dustin Marin is the current highest paid AFL player on 1.6m
Average house price in Melbourne is 1,022,000
Greg could nearly buy 3 houses a year while...
