Genuinely embarrassing from Baz & Stokes. Foakes hasn't put a foot wrong and continues to be poorly treated. Dumped for a guy who was on leg for 6 months and has always been regarded as an ordinary keeper.

Forget the declaration, going all in on aggressive batsmen at the expense of a genuine keeper is what will have cost them the game if they lose.

Yeah Foakes was stiff to be dropped, Bairstow deserved to be picked though but probably as a specialist batsman rather than as the keeper.

I wouldn't be surprised if they drop Crawley or Duckett and make Bairstow open with Foakes coming back as the keeper if Jonny keeps grassing them.
