Other way round..bancroft is the specialist opener Renshaw is picked for his versality in to bat 1-6 in the order....
you don't want to have an injury during the test for a middle order player and bancroft coming into the middle order... much prefer Renshaw to come into the middle order...he did make a hundred batting 3 for CA recently
I prefer the bloke who's in the squad goes first.
Meh Renshaw, Bancroft or Harris they are all pretty much the same. Would only be one test anyway.
Lara to leave the commentary box and come out of retirement for the second test? Would allow for 4-5 days of cricket surely.

Jeez you sandgropers really can't get over it lmao. Renshaw is in the squad, he was in the squad to cover ALL positions, he will play if Usman isn't right.
