Id go with Voldt over didak

Team atm
Goddard - Enright - Fisher - Gilbee - Hodge - Drummond - Broughton
Ablett - Bartel - Gibbs - Swan - Dal Santo - Judd (Anthony)
H-Mac - Sandilands
Pavlich - Riewoldt - Didak - Brown - SJ - Deledio - Buddy (Hogan)
Two trades left, 173k

So should I
a) Not trade
B) one or two of the following trades
- Judd to Montagna
- Gilbee to Duff/Lockyer
- Drummond to Duff/lockyer
- Buddy to ROK (Wont be able to do Judd>Mont if the case)

Check your opponent. If you're confident of a win, stay put, as trades to cover are like aces up your sleeve. Personally see Duff as really good value atm.

I have to decide between picking Voldt or Didak - who do you reckon?

yep riewoldt because of the draw. if he had some slightly harder teams then id pick didak because the junk time difference between the players would be massive but riewoldt should still own for 3 and a half quarters before being rested a bit / saints running out clock

Looking at using trade number 19 this week. Davenport will be departing and either Scott Thompson (Crows) or Juddy will be arriving. Just need to figure it out.

Trade 20 will probably be next week and will see Jack Grimes walking out the door.

2 trades left.

Set on: Nathan Brown -> Ryan O'Keefe, this week (yes I can't believe I still have N Brown either)

Leaving:

Goddard, Hodge, Fisher, Lockyer, Cornes, Drummond, Grimes (Broughton, Suban)

Swan, Selwood, Bartel, Gibbs, Murphy, Kornes (Anthony, Muston)

McIntosh, Sandilands (Spencer, Jacobs)

Reiwoldt, Didak, SJ, Pavlich, O'Keefe, Deledio, Franklin (Ballantyne, M Brown)

Based on the teams which are named I should be able to save that final trade for whatever hole needs patching before the Grand Final(s)...

2 trades left - my strategy will probably rest on the fitness of Higgins, Grimes and Goddard.

Assuming Higgins and Goddard play - I'll probably do Grimes -> Goddard this week. Goddard's below par game allows me to do this as a straight swap. Which would leave one trade for injury next week.

The other though would be to do Grimes to Enright and allow cash to maybe upgrade Beams or Anrthony for the final round.

Team

Broughton, Hodge, Chornes, Purgoyne, Grimes(Goddard), Mackie, Lockyer (Hill, Wilson)

Swan, Gibbs, Selwood, Bartel, Montagna, Anthony (Beams, Muston)

McIntosh, Jolly (Spencer, Jacobs)

O'Keefe, Didak, SJ, Franklin, Higgins, Voldt, Pav (Balla, Brown)

I have 1 trade left and $60K in the bank. Not sure how i can improve my team....

Goddard, Fisher, Lockyer, Drummond, Broughton, P.Burgoyne, Hargrave (Greenwood, Patrnko)

Swan, Ablett, Bartel, Gibbs, Selwood, Anthony (Hasleby, Cockie)

McIntosh, Clark (Spencer, Jacobs)

Didak, Chapman, Riewoldt, Deledio, Higgins, Murphy, Pavlich (Ballantyne, Brown)

Anthony is the obvious choice. I could go him to Mitchell, Vince, Stanton, Watson, Sewell, Black, etc. But Anthony may outscore all of them...

Any suggestions?

Upgrade Hasleby and keep Anthony on the bench or trade out P.Burgoyne who is not guaranteed a game I would think.

If your still in finals in your leagues id be saving the trade for the GF. Whether one of your players is rested/injured its always good to have 1 trade for that last week.

I have two trades and $220,000 in the bank. Any suggestions on how to improve my team would be appreciated.

BACKS;

Lockyer, Goddard, Mackie, Broughton,Chad, Drummond, Grimes, Grima,Dempsey

MIDS:

Bartel, Gibbs, Selwood, Sewell, Kornes, Anthony, Hartlett, Meyer

Rucks: Mcintosh, Jolly, Spencer, Jacobs

Forwards: SJ, Pav, ROK, Brennan, Riewoldt, Deledio, Didak, Brown, Ballantyne

Just wondering who you guys would rather have in your team for the final 2 rounds of the season I need to trade out roughead Didak or Riewoldt (price does not matter).

I'd probably prefer Roo. Either would be great though, am not sure of Collingwood's run home, but Riewoldt vs Melbourne in Rd 22 sounds pretty enticing.

I'm not sure where to go with my team. 1st yr DT'er, 2 trades left, $46k in bank. I'd like to upgrade Houlihan, but at his price, I'm not sure that's the best use of a trade. Would love some feedback...

B: Goddard, Lockyer, Enright, Chornes, Gilbee, Broughton, Houlihan (Suban & Silvester)
M: Ablett, Bartel, Sewell, Gibbs, Kornes, Selwood (Anthony & Muston)
R: Petrie, Tippett (Jacobs & Spencer)
F: Riewoldt, Pavlich, Didak, Deledio, Goodwin, SJ, Franklin (Ballantyne & Walker)

Thought for a bit about Houlihan > Duffield, but Freo vs Geelong Rd 22 worries me. Is Kornes > Hayes a silly trade you think?

I would give Grimes the flick this week (not sure if he will come back this year). He is premium priced so a straight swap will be very easy. Then if you get no injuries this week upgrade Anthony. He is still on the rise as a result of his solid 100 last week so you can maximise value by holding out on that trade this week.

You will have premiums in all lines then.

Interesting one for me.
One trade left, with Geary (Grimes, Petrenko) in my backline. Playing for the league win, but I'm very worried about the game coming up. With $130k left should I:

Grimes -> Goddard; Geary as bench cover
Geary -> Enright/Gram/? and hope that I win this game and Grimes comes back next week

OR should I use the money to do upgrade Anthony/Hasleby?

The midfield upgrade is riskier, but the logic is that they score higher, so better value for money there (provided Geary gets a game).

Upgrading Houlihan to ROK this week, however this leaves me with $0 for a replacement for Ryan Griffen, what are the thoughts on Tyson Edwards? (Ave 97 priced under $350,000)
