Heeney is locked in to Sydney at pick 18.
GWS received pick 19 from Hawthorn for O'Rourke, and that pick looks almost certain to come to us in the Jaksch trade.
Yeah just replying to HARKER stating Heeney in the top 8.

Things will obviously change as it gets closer to the draft but let's list who we won't see for the fun of it.
1. Petracca 2. Brayshaw 3. Wright 4. McCartin 5. Weller 6. Moore 7. Heeney 8. Lever 9. Durdin 10. Pickett 11. Laverde
Players that may be likely available thereafter at #19:
12. De Goey 13. Ahern 14. Marchbank 15. Goddard 16. Langford 17. Duggan 18. Ellis 19. Garlett 20. Menadue 21. Blakely 22. Cockatoo
It may well come from someone not listed here but which players wouldn't we want in the above list?
Would love either of Duggan, Ahern, Marchbank, Goddard or Lamb with pick 19. One of them should be available as there are always 1 or 2 surprises in the top 20. Fingers crossed.
I'd be shocked to be sitting here should we pick up Lamb.
The combine really showed him up as a good athlete but not sure he fits our profile.
That's exactly right Jeremias Wasn't mean to be any draft order prediction.
Would be interested in what others feel for players that won't be available pre out #19
Pretty sure he's 'Pick7'I would dutifully encourage all of our residential draft watchers to post their impressions of the first round.

And whatever Splendini/Gilly goes by these days
Pick 19 - Hope either Weller or Duggan slip, need a classy mid who can use the ball. Ellis should be available as a back up at 19.
Pick 28 - Best available, really like Cockatoo and Neal-Bullen who will both be around the mark. I suspect Lamb and Langford will be gone in the high teens or low twenties.
Wasn't Dear eligible for father/son?
Hawthorn obviously don't rate the kid.
Pretty sure he's 'Pick7'
at pick 28 though? (the post above mine)Doesn't mean he's not worthy of selection.

Surely if Hawthorn don't rate him enough to even nominate him via the bidding process then he won't go top 30.
In terms of the forward/ruck role if McKenzie is still there at #28 it wouldn't be too bad of an optionSure but if we're targeting Jaksch and Jones this trade period, a forward/ruck with pick 19 or 28 is most unlikely. He'd have to be something fairly special.
picks 61, 65 or 79 then yes certainly.
I would love Mckenzie at 28. That monster power forward is something we have been missing for a whileChances are slim, but I would be jumping with joy if Weller or Ahern were available to us at pick 19 and we nab one of them.
