Heres Waite
Cancelled
I vote we play him the next two games and sign him for another year. He at least deserves the same opportunity Liam Jones had earlier in the year!Yep. And who said he doesn't have afterburners?

Mate. Don't sell yourself short. "Tony Lynn 15 is not nearly as sexy as you'd expect" is a perfectly good sentence...Apart from the words Tony Lynn 15 and sexy in the one sentence, Watson and afterburners were two words that I never thought I would see!!
She has a name!got some shit to get sorted has yarksh - might have to have a word with his mum
he doesn't look intense, I hope he really steps up next year. Looks lackadaisical. We already lack Daisy, don't need another.Try not to watch Jaksch too closely then. Yesterday he hit several contests then literally walked. I know his lack of second efforts has been noted before, but I had no idea it was that bad.
Which is basically what Juddy said last year.I'd rather see Watson trying his arse off all day and getting a fair return than someone who doesn't really want to be there but has more natural ability.

#jesuisjuddy ?I am Juddy, so...
Don't want to sound like I'm potting Liam Jones. But I've seen to many times him give up on similar chases.
May I just say Thank you for your years of service to the Carlton FC. I have many great memories.I am Juddy, so...
Ha ha, it's funny ... as soon as I had pressed send I reread the post, and thought "why did I specify two games I could of just said final games." Ha ha! That two lead to your Freudian read!!I was kinda speed reading through the thread and read this as 'I vote we should sign him for another year and play him in the twos'.
I thought 'Haven't we already tried that'?
Is there such thing as a 'Freudian read'?
Not that I'm aware of, I think it's just because he has a huge arse and massive head. Can't lean too far forward for fear of overbalancing.Watson runs very upright, looked a bit odd during that chase. Has he stuffed his hamstrings in the past?
The same propaganda team that brought us such pamphlets as "Jeff Garlett - we'll accept ANY offer!" and "Is Brock McLean worth a first rounder? He is now!"So, Jared Rivers is done.
Does that provide extra incentive for Geelong to pony up in the Henderson trade? If reports that Carlisle to WB have any truth to them, then our suitors for Hendo are probably limited to Geelong and GWS.
Hopefully our propaganda team start pumping out some rumours about "extensive talks with GWS", give Geelong a bit of a scare that they might miss out.
Another Rising Star graduate. So, Jared Rivers is done.

The Dogs don't have the money for Carlisle. They're paying Boyd $1m a years FFS and they have to keep blokes like Bontempelli, Macrae, Stringer, Liberatore, etc. They're not about to pay out the 600k+ for a bloke with attitude problems. Carlton on the other hand, attitude problems are our MO....the club will pay him an extra $100k to make sure he brings them with him.So, Jared Rivers is done.

How do they not have the money for Carlisle but have the money for Kreuzer? The Dogs don't have the money for Carlisle. Dogs have plenty of cap room still and they gave Tom Boyd that money because you have to pay a league minimum 93% (or something like that) of the Cap i think.
Even if you have a team full of spuds and blokes not worth it someone has to get the money to bring you to that league Min. It is only in 5 years etc it can bite you when you lock blokes into long term massive deals as the kids around them naturally get better also want to get paid!!
Clubs pay blokes to organize these massive dollar deals to ensure everything is ok going forward as they have a lot of responsibility as there is not a heap of room to move between the league Maximum and Minimum which has to be met.
Unless you are Sydney of course with BS Cola allowances.
