I think two first round picks, you keep hearing pick 8-9 plus Witts, to me thats still not enoughOut of interest, how much would be enough ?

Would we consider Witts as a replacement for Krooz?I think two first round picks, you keep hearing pick 8-9 plus Witts, to me thats still not enough
All valid points. I guess I was just putting on paper as it stands right now. With Carlisle being the only stretch arm. bell would be in my starting 18, if he was a lock to stay.Reasonable on paper but very similar team to this year, so worried about quality, depth and injuries. Bell and Curnow must be in the starting side, as they were two of our best this year.
Really lack genuine A graders so really need some player development under BB.
I think Walker (Menz/Yaz/?), Simmo (Sheehan/Rice?), Thomas (Bell/Aish?/Bugg?) and Jamo (Giles/Plowman?) will fall out of best 22 so need planned quality replacements.
If Treloar slips through to the PSD that would help .
If we lost Kreuzer but got #2 (Schache) it would mean KJ could be a 3rd tall option forward or back. Just hate losing Kreuzer and we would be massively weak in the ruck. S Martin wants to leave Brisbane for a Melbourne club but is contracted. Would be a good replacement for MK for a few years while we rebuild, but cost would be interesting? Zac Smith would also be OK but not sure what we could trade GC?
Not sure we can afford Carlisle (4th round pick?) unless he comes via PSD.
Hendo + #20 for #9 (11?) and #28 with Geelong? Keep #9 (Collins/Curnow/Clarke) and need #28 for Rice?
Hope Bolton can improve our list quality with player development as I cannot see the quality lifting for at least a few years through the draft as we have too many holes.

He's a massive unit. A heap of upside.Redpath is looking like he could be a player. Great size and body shape for a KPF.
A first round pick and then some.Out of interest, how much would be enough ?
I haven't see a lot of him, but from what I have, he ticks all the boxes you want in a 'power forward':He's a massive unit. A heap of upside.
Still dont think we end up with 1 & 2. I see the afl doing abit of tampering as follows:
Carlton get pick 2 for Big K, but trade that pick and Bell for Aish, Green and Pick 3.
So its effectively Krooz and Bell for Pick 3, Aish and Green.
He's a massive unit. A heap of upside.
Just speculation with Lennon. Unsigned and he could be part of the Yarran trade. There may be some upside but the guy is effectively 25...............No spring chicken and has only played 15 games for 21 goals.
BTW: Why is Lennon repeatedly getting mentioned? Something we made up because he is/was a Carlton supporter or is there some meat on the bone?
Just speculation with Lennon. Unsigned and he could be part of the Yarran trade.

Carlton have signed US basketballer Matt Korcheck as a Category B International Rookie.
Korcheck, who stands at 6”10 (208cm) and weighs 105kg, caught the eye of recruiters at a Florida screening camp in April this year. He was later invited to train with the Blues and spent three weeks at Ikon Park in August.
KORCHECK............................................................
We've just gained 2cm
He's a massive unit. A heap of upside.
When should we expect list changes to be announced? Thought it was pretty soon after a club played its last game.
Would we consider Witts as a replacement for Krooz?
Lets say my previous hypothetical where AFL only agree to give us a first rounder for Krooz if we trade 2 for 3 with Brisbane with some player movements (knowing the AFL being manipulative I see this as highly likely).
We trade pick 3 for Adams, Witts and their second?
We get a ruckman we need, a midfielder who reportedly doesnt get along with Treloar and a second rounder for use in FS bidding.
It would have to be late 2016. Still pretty raw from what i've seen.Likelihood of Jayden Foster playing games in 2016?
I know a guy who was on that US trip scouting and he said everyone was after Korcheck. Meant to be an absolute freak athlete and watching his interviews he seems hell bent on playing AFL.AFL Draft, Trade, Free Agency, List and General News
