Is it worth trying to weasel our way into the Aish deal while Collingwood are at loggerheads with GWS? If Collingwood have to give up 2 first round picks they don't have a lot to throw at Brisbane.

Matthews has stated Aish won't be traded, but he'd be silly not to take pick 5 for him.

Pick 5 for Aish and 17. 17 then used in a deal with Carlisle. Of course Aish has to agree to it but surely he's rather the Saint over Carlton...

If we could give up next years second instead I would be all over that, but I think it would still be worth doing even if it was 2 firsts.

First ive heard of the the treloar rumours and tbh don't think there is too many legs to it. Wouldn't get too excited yet.

His preference from my understanding coming from people very close to him is collingwood then carlton, can't stand richmond. I would be very surprised if we managed to land him. But anything could happen I guess.

I think the club will not be wasting there time on players we have no hope of getting like Treloar. We need to spend all our time on players we think we can get like Freeman and Carlisle. Those 2 would be a great trading period. Not to fussed about Rice. Seems like a normal third round pick who like most picks around that number have less than 50% chance to make it.
