We also free up a decent whack of cap room and give more promising and younger players a better chance of cracking the team.

That said we should only be giving them 2 of the picks. They are getting a VERY good deal in regards to points and player. Would rather we kept one of the picks in the hope of moving further up the draft by trading it to another club that has academy kids coming through.

Aaron word to the wise, out here in the real world blokes in their mid 20s don't generally command contracts in the hundreds of thousands of dollars.

If you are not traded you need to work your arse off and force your way into the side.
