Excuse the intrusion, just wanting to thank you guys for acting like a professional organization with the pick swap.

Although on the face of it probably a small loss to you (although you might come out with some real guns, higher picks are always a lottery) but I guarantee you it wont be forgotten by Hawthorn for a long long time to come.

Clarko will make sure that it will be one of the most beneficial trades you have made.

Goodwill is a very valuable commodity when it comes to trading and you just bought a mountain of it.

Held firm on Gibbs . Likely tradeable next year for a 1st round pick. Will give us a chance to groom younger players and find a quality midfield trade target next year. Tick

Very bullish on Marchbank and Pickett as long term prospects . Tick

I actually don't mind Palmer. I think he improved a bit last year. Made the gws prelim team and did ok. Will be handy depth in the midfield behind Cripps Gibbs and Murphy . Tick fir the price

Schmedts I don't get. But hey . Hopefully a suprise packet and bolts can get him right

Pretty content overall. Nabbed our main targets without losing pick 5 (taranto/brodie) or our 2nd rounder.

Rapt that we stuck to our guns in the Gibbs trade. **** Adelaide! And Justin Reid what a ****ing amateur!!
