I'd hate too follow Richmond. They are poorly coached with a very inefficient game plan and terrible understanding of a match day strategy.

They don't have enough good players who want to work hard enough and put their hand up with its their turn to go. They are a very frustrating team to watch.

Won't be a popular move, but Tigers need to go and put guys like Deledio, Edwards and even Cotchin out on the market and completely rebuild this team. It's been 7-8 years with the same core and they've barely been a top 8 contender for 2 of those years and a average at best team for the rest of them.
