Pretty bloody amazing what this group of small forwards have been able to do this year. Just imagine them with 50+ games under the belt, when they've built a tank, are stronger and know each others games backwards. Probably get 60-80 goals a year from them as a group not to mention their defensive pressure.
Butler definitely a big part of that over the next 10 years I reckon.

what we need is 2 genuine tall forwards one ready and one developing to replace Jack, we need a developing or mature 2nd ruck as back up and or a few genuine classy mids preferably on the large size.

He is only 23, he was picke 3 in the draft, he has won a premiership and if he goes to a new club, well resourced club that has a lot of support etc he may just become that really good player most people thought he could be at the end of 2016.
