At the time when I first heard of the info I did not realise the player initially could have been a Richmond supporter so it could be just talk to create banter for Richmond supporters because I probably told the guy who gave me the info I followed the Tigers. Our club probably talks to a lot of players about a lot of different scenarios so its probably nothing

Because I hear people create these BS rumours every year and most amount to nothing but posters get excited and like to speculate and its kinda fun to add something when you hear a definite rumour about something from someone who could know in the periphery but could also be BS or small talk with little substance. Besides I have met the player and I like the guy in the sense he did not come across as a dick when sharing stories so I will not rat on him if it is true, not that he has done anything wrong that I am aware of!!

All I heard is apparently the player was in talks with RFC, about what don't know, from a guy outside the AFL system as far as I am aware and assuming any talks would simply be enquires and for all I know it could be total BS.

So you can ignore what I write which is fine but, like another poster says, all it could mean is RFC could have casual conversations with players in the year and it might not even be in a offical capacity e.g. via another party, I have no idea, and heard no juicy detail of the nature of any supposed conversations so I have little further to leak and I am not giving the name up under any circumstances!!

Because it creates intrigue and I guess it lets people know, if there is substance, RFC must be active in some capacity and not standing still.

At the same time I will not reveal anything significantly sensitive so IMO its virtually not posting anything anyway.

It could also mean some are having fun with us plebs knowing how we get on the social media these days!!
