No, you didn’t imagine it. You actively made it up. Much worse
The smell of corruption on trade Radio just now was palpable. Kane says he’s going to grill gill on the Scully trade for which he comments that Damo seems nervous. Then once gill in on air they announce that Damo is now an AFL employee and the grilling on the Tom Scully deal is conveniently forgotten. Unbelievable
We will be active today... 100% confident deal's will be done and will top the McGovern deal for this period
Apparently waiting for a deal to fail/fold so we can slide under the carpet

Not sure whether you are trolling or you have not shown any interest in the draft this year...

“I think there’s a ‘super seven’ in this year’s draft. Lukosius, Walsh, the King twins (Ben and Max), Bailey Smith, Izak Rankine and Nick Blakey.

Is this a novel? Didn't read it tbh as anyone who quotes passages continually is obviously someone who cannot be critical of an organisation that has successfully failed to deliver for 20 years or is someone who is 'not all there'. Love supporters like you (if in fact you are a supporter)and I am sure the club does. The kind of supporter who will blindly be saying 'trust the club' if there is still not a flag in 20 years. It often amuses me that newly created accounts with limited posts (sept2017) are either club proponants with their own agenda or employees justifying their incompetence at the club. 111 posts in total. I would say this sums you up pretty well. Anyway,, have a good day and thanks for making sure I don't have to read anymore of your club spin crap ever again.Question:
Did you learn to type using your arse cheeks?
It's just that almost every post I've seen of yours is complete and utter bullshit
Are you one of those nuffies who expect the club to "win" trade week each year like it's some sort of novelty? Or do you actually understand clubs trade for needs and more often than not draft for talent?
It's almost as if the media will be crossing live to AFL house tomorrow night and declaring Sydney the 'Wooden Spooners' of the 2018 Trade Period, complete with Sydney's mascot standing atop the podium, forlorn, with Claude the Crow hunched over on the 2nd rung looking equally as dejected.
So we have the strongest hand of draft picks in supposedly the strongest draft in years, but we've failed because we haven't been able to go from having the strongest hand to having what? An even stronger hand than the strongest hand in the strongest draft?
Or in the example you used, trading out players not critical to our structure - so please explain to me, of all the players we've traded for and drafted in recent years, who we haven't delisted already, which ones are not critical to our structure in some way moving forward? And just on that point, could you please explain to me in detail, what our structure looks like in 2019 onwards? You seem to know already.
You complain we aren't doing more to improve the already strongest draft hand possible, but bemoan the fact we haven't traded up... to ultimately have a weakened hand, in order to possibly nab potential generational local talent... yet in doing so forgoing four of the best 21 young players in the country otherwise.
Four - almost 20% of our matchday squad at some time in the future or conceivably as early as next year, rated as highly as any top 10 picks in any other draft to date. Let's put that into perspective: we've currently one player taken in the top 10 of any draft on our list, Gibbs. Two if you count Brad Crouch. Last year we didn't have Gibbs and made a GF. With not one player ever taken in the top 10 of any draft.
We then potentially add FOUR players to our list in one draft, who are rated as highly as any other top 10 picks in years gone by, and this in your eyes would be considered a massive fail?
"Paralysed with indecision"
I can't even.. I am not even going to go where I want to go with that; your eyes would bleed for months.
I'm feeling mildly generous tonight so I'll let that slide.
Did it ever occur to you that Reid and co. might have chosen to sit back, completely measured in our actions throughout the entire period, and wait for all the dominoes to fall - which let's be honest, haven't even looked like tipping yet?
Or perhaps we've been able to address the most gaping hole on our list - the small forward position - since the departure of Charlie Cameron left us virtually toothless in this area beyond an ageing Eddie Betts and first year rookie Lachlan Murphy, who was previously taken as a top up development player for our Reserves side...
We've taken McAdam and Stengle for literally next to nothing, both of whom Haggis instructed Reid to go after.
So do you not trust Hamish's judgement? Or do you not admire Reid's ability to obtain these players we saw as "critical to our structure" without giving away any "currency that was critical to our structure" ???
Or do you think our List Management team are fretting about the local BF moron Murray who's beating his chest, carrying on like a pork chop because he expected fireworks but no-one has so much as lit a match and time is running out
Again, could you please confirm what structure we're going with in 2019 and beyond?
Also, how do you know we haven't just added a vital cog or two to the structure we may be planning on using next year and beyond?
Were you dropped at birth? Have you been living under a rock?
Honest questions.
I'd better call the club and let em know ol' man Murray says "forget what you've been doing the last 20 years or so guys - you know, drafting and developing elite talent better than any club in the country has been able to anywhere near as consistently - we gotta stick to trading coz that's how we gon' get better!"
"Leaving it up to chance" - well shit, let's just apply to the AFL for an exemption from ever drafting again. We'll just trade eternally until every player on our list is the ripe old age of 105

Anyone else think the whole trade period is like cycling match sprint? Nothing really happens for most of it and then a late flurry at the end.
Most of these deals are discussed throughout the year so why not just have 4 days
If you didn’t read it how can you post the rest?Is this a novel? Know this type of supporter. They aren't a true supporter and never will be. True supporters want the club to get better and aren't people peddling b.s. with their own agendas. If you didn’t read it how can you post the rest?
The thing that shits me is that the media has pillored Cripps for saying the SA clubs may come after Luko and Rankine and Rozee if the GC take them the same media have no truck with the Vic clubs actually currently pillaging the GC and GWS and paying peanuts back for it. The seeming appears to be far worse than the doingWhy are you still going on about the Scully trade? Consensus seems to be that hawks took a big gamble by taking him and his full contract on
As for talk of corruption, that’s just ridiculous tin foil stuff
Hoping there is still something happening with Gold Coast, otherwise yesterday’s pick swap makes no sense and we didn’t need to release Francou.
Nah, if you’ve read any of his/her posts he/she is actually very knowledgeable.Know this type of supporter. They aren't a true supporter and never will be. True supporters want the club to get better and aren't people peddling b.s. with their own agendas.

No offence man, but I reckon the guy employed by the AFL as their main draft expert and that has regular communication with people actually in the industry would have a bit more of an idea about how the draft looks than the ordinary guy on big footy....Sorry, did you just quote twomey, on a SEN article, from 2 months ago?????
That’s it?
Lol
Going from a zero bullshit coach to a zero coke coach. You'd surely be devastated if you had to move from Hawthorn to Port Adelaide. What a massive downgrade
