Says Port and a few other clubs are interested.
Three clubs interviewed him at the combine. Port, Freo, Melbourne.
Says he hasn’t ‘officially’ made the decision whether to nominate Port yet lol.

he's certainly found the keys to a different gym than our last draftees had.
Maybe he doesn't want to play for Port. Can't really blame him in our current state.

Yes in the interview he was asked directly if he dreamed of following in his father’s footsteps and he was wish washy and vague..said yes it would be nice but would be nice to play AFL anyway ( anywhere )

I can’t see why Mead would commit until Port has committed to drafting him. Maybe they haven’t because they’re waiting for trade week to finish when they know what picks we have
We need to trade 29 up a fair way. Mead could get a bid early second round. We need 3 good players from this draft with Mead being the third.
We're pretty stupid, so I'm fully expecting this.
Port Adelaide, please tell Dougal Howard that he is a required player and he's going nowhere; tell him to pull his head in. There are millions of small forward outside types in the game but tall, athletic footballers that can mark, kick, run, tackle, kick goals and hold down a key position are as rare as hen's teeth and we would be absolutely f****ng stupid to even contemplate letting him leave.
As for this Fantasia bloke, he is brittle plus we have a host of his type. He played 15 games this year and 13 the year before. If he wants badly to come to Port, that's good but lets not be stupid and even contemplate Howard or an early draft pick for that fella - he's just not worth it. Howard for him is like trading your HT 350 Monaro for a clapped out Morris Minor.

And by official he means there is different sets of rules for different teams.
Henry must be regional wa.
Wa teams will likely do very well from theirs, they traditionally have a very very large indigenous population outside of the metro zone and football is the number 1 sport there.

Just another disadvantage we except because we are weak as piss? Surely if Borlase is as good as some are saying we will that 1 surely?
If our academy counted would of had milera and Parfitt it's bullshit as long as the community is proud I suppose.
Why? And why bother?
Where do the guys like Jones and Fredrick ft in to the system?
