Taylor at 10 is too early imo, could be available 25+

If you want Taylor, you might be better not risking someone else getting in first.

If we are going in with a GWS like hand of three talent tokens, it doesn't really matter what number the targets are picked up.

She could be a posh little thing with big ambitions in the big smoke, ala Mrs Judd.
Don't underestimate the power of a mighty vagina 😁
If she were, she definitely isn't moving to Geelong then.

Do we have the list spots and I'd be willing to pay overs for him i can imagine a midfield duo of henry and taylor would be extremely exciting. Add valente, cerra, brayshaw and stephens would be a great midfield.

Taylor may be more a live trade recruit using a future 2nd rounder (or two).

That would be the most ideal situation I can see. Trade back in after the Henry bid with 2x 2020 2nds to a club that expects a high academy or F/S prospect next year. Pick up Taylor.

End up with something like Robertson/Sharp/Henry/Taylor. Fill in your preferred WA player for any of the aforementioned.

Probably won't happen though and we end up with some weird player no one here has heard of.

I know this is the modern game but hard not to be disappointed in Brad when all's said & done.
Wants to move to a city with 10 teams but demands we deal with only 1 so he pockets maximum cash while we are prevented from having much bargaining power.
Are the reports of his contract at Freo being front-ended accurate? If so, all the more reason to feel ripped off.

The AFL has ruled that no trades can be submitted until after 3pm Vicco time (to maximise tv drama).

Fair dinkum...the AFL needs a kick in the bum for this as some clubs can be greatly disadvantaged not really being able to negotiate possible opportunities while waiting on other clubs to complete their complex deals. Quite frankly it is stupidity.

It's all still going on but not being "officially lodged" until midday Perth time.

That’s how Young operates, front ends contracts and tries the early exit before the lean years

What's the deal with trades being submitted after the 7.30pm deadline? Is the rule, if you are in the room holding paperwork, they'll still accept it? I think that's what happened last year and the year before. It probably need to happen again this year if the AFL is deliberately stalling trades.

That's how it works, if you're in the room it goes through.
