He’s got more zip than Greene IMOHes probably Greene in that regard really..... Toby has that burst from a stoppage and push away due to strength.
Completely agree , his contested ball win ratio concerns me . Ball use is great If he gets the ball enoughFor some reason Wanganeen Milera is the last one out of the top 15 that I’d like us to take. We have plenty on the outside
Current rumour is GWS want to trade 13 for a future 1st and Port are one of the teams interested. Guessing it potentially allows them to take Wanganeen-Milera and someone else they have their eyes on.One thing I will say is that this year there has been less noise around worrying who Port will select. Normally there is a focus on trying to stuff up their plans even at the expect of our own plans. Will be interesting to watch the draft at least for the first round. Then will be interesting to come on here and read the comments.
Yep. Has silky skills, but someone who is that outside even at junior level concerns me re: adapting to the naturally even more contested AFL environment. Not a huge accumulator for an outside player as well, which doesn't helpFor some reason Wanganeen Milera is the last one out of the top 15 that I’d like us to take. We have plenty on the outside

If we took him at 6 when you’ve got players like Rachele, Ward, Erasmus and even Sinn I’d be pretty disappointed
Sounds more like Callaghan and Rachele than Ward (or Wanganeen-Milera). Ward doesn't seem to have that real break-away pace. He described Rachele as "speed and power, like a lot of the boys at the top of the draft".‘Midfielders with outside speed at that first pick..’
Surely we’re locked into Ward if Callaghan is gone.

He's not the last one is pick as his skills are absolutely outstanding. For some reason Wanganeen Milera is the last one out of the top 15 that I’d like us to take. We have plenty on the outside
I would trade our next years 1st and 4 for 2 and 13 this year. Would surely be more appealing than Ports future 1st.Current rumour is GWS want to trade 13 for a future 1st and Port are one of the teams interested. Yeah I took out of it that we will be going very hard for pick 2. Callaghan looks our target.reading between lines gold medal senario we get pick 2 and take Callahan
we will be pushing for pick 2 if not rachelle at 4 a lock
obviously believes he can play mid as well as forward of ball
Agree our offer is much more compelling than pear.I would trade our next years 1st and 4 for 2 and 13 this year. Would surely be more appealing than Ports future 1st.
Add Callaghan and 1 of Goater/Sinn/Erasmus, Then maybe Fejo to add defensive forward pressure and we would have a serious list to work with.

I agree with you to some extent but i mean there are always player comparisons with every player in the drafts but i do agree comparisons are often annoying like why can't Rachele just be himself and not Greene v2 or Elliott. I do agree with you on Sinn, very impressive vision from what i have watched of him, his speed and acceleration is very eye catching and i would go as far as saying he would be wasted at half back as i reckon he has huge upside to be a A grade midfielder. I would be way more excited in picking Sinn with pick 4 than Rachele definitely. I do fear though that he could just as well slide to Ports pick at 12.If we are throwing around Rachele comparisons, I'm sensing more of a Jamie Elliott than Toby Greene. So I'm not too excited. (Quickly forgets our last game v Coll LOL)
We have our Toby Greene - Cook.
In saying that, I'm happy if we get Sinn at pick 4 (ahead of Rachele) as a wingman or Smith replacement rebounding defender.
I saw him live at Preston earlier in the year, his ability keep pace while collecting a high bounce ball and change direction 3 times to get around the chaser was an instance of speed, balance and agility on the filed with ball in hand that is rarely seen in Crows colours.
That would make sense to do, would be a great draft to add Callaghan and to then get one of Goater/Sinn/Erasmus and if we decide to keep 33 to then potentially get someone like Clarke, Long or Murley would rate as a good draft.I would trade our next years 1st and 4 for 2 and 13 this year. Would surely be more appealing than Ports future 1st.

i hope not
We don't have access to a gun mid this year at pick 4. Good mids - Sinn, Hobbs, Goater etc but we didn't finish low enough to get Callaghan or JFH who are those Bont or Oliver level potential mids you and I both crave.
No harm in upgrading areas of the ground elsewhere based on what is available.
Small forwards and half forwards are currently very weak on paper.
Add Rachele and Rankine and it looks elite.
Can't find contested numbers anywhere but Draft Central rate his contested ball as averageThose Josh Sinn highlights gave me Isaac Smith vibes with his run and carry and link up work. I wouldnt be unhappy with that coming in as he looks much more explosive than Sholl.
What are his contested numbers like?
Really? He specifically said Midfielders, of which Rachele is not. Rachele has spent some time there but you can't class him as a Mid.
Who else has speed and pace on the outside?
That's Callaghan, Ward, Goater in the top 15 from the top of my head.
I thought of Sinn as soon as he said that.Sounds more like Callaghan and Rachele than Ward (or Wanganeen-Milera). Ward doesn't seem to have that real break-away pace. He described Rachele as "speed and power, like a lot of the boys at the top of the draft".
Still, hard to know. "wouldn't expect too many curveballs in the first 15" sits next to "we have the same names in that 12-15 that everybody has. Maybe not in the same order." (misquoting a bit here, but getting the vibe right I think).
Feels like reading a horoscope. It's vague enough that any outcome seems on the money after the fact.
