Personally, a JVR and Wilmot draft is very vanilla draft. I understand why the club would go that way, even though I would prefer more exciting players.

So using a Xmas analogy JVR/Wilmot = a pair of shoes and Goater/Sinn =

Knightmare 's phantom today has us taking Darcy Wilmot at 16, Josh Goater at 20 and Eamon Wilkinson at 42.

Happy with Wilmot/Goater... he had Sam Banks going at 43 who I'd prefer over Wilkinson though.

We already have 2 half backs in Goater and Wilmot we don’t need a 3rd in Banks our defence is that bad we still have to add Coleman Answerth and maybe even Lester Ah Chee to our defence next year a small forward or wingman would be next our wish list

Personally I'd be taking both Goater and Banks with the idea of them playing wing/midfield.

This was a much loved Christmas present for me as a child, it's been updated quite a bit since the 70s though.

I think it would be Ambrogio in very close consultation with Conole, Fagan and Daly.

It depends think both Dom and Steve work together on our total list building

Very early to be basing picks around Fletcher. Either way Goater and Banks would be quite clearly best available at those picks for me so that's enough to draft them and figure it out later.

I don't believe so, I think he will be a safe kick and take good options but nothing stand out.

Have had a look on our website and can't find anything about our recruiting staff and their roles...would be interested in knowing "who is who and who does what" at the Club. I assume we have a number of scouts across the country as well.

Not quite, Witho had the ability to pull off some amazing kicks, I don't think Wlmot as the kicking action or ability to pull some of those kicks into the corridor off but I also don't think he'll try and bite off as much as Witho did. Certainly quicker, better defensively and better in the air.

So there’s no real difference between Wilmot and Answerth I thought we were on the lookout for a Daniel Rich replacement

I wonder if he's mixing up two things. He's linked both Brisbane and Melbourne to Wilmot, and Brisbane and Melbourne to trading for West Coast's pick, but surely the trade would be for another player, because I can't see Essendon, Port or GWS drafting Wilmot.
