We need Key Defenders depth
We need Key forward depth.

Surprised we didn’t take a punt on Maher. Mirkov seems a decent project. Not seen much of Boyd outside of our game against the Dogs this year where didn’t exactly stand out. Austin has a knack for finding this type.

Boyd is a decent player for Footscray who will end up top 4 in VFL. We are stealing him for our VFL finals campaign.

With Owies doing well and Durdin our first pick from the National Draft, this seems a little tame. Mirkov is a way off but at least there is some depth in that position finally.

With cuts needing to be made at the end of the season, are either of these guys going to be in the gun like De Luca ended up being?

Apparently Mirkov is on an 18 months contract and Boyd a 6 months contract.
