They estimated 215,000 people attended over 2 concerts. At the lowest ticket price of $90 per ticket they made $19.3mil in ticket sales. I imagine final sales would have been closer to $30mil
A mate works for Gudinski and they made 1.6 mill in merchandise over the 2 nights

Gives an indication of how much they made from the concert.
Was working it out the other day. Average ticket cost was approximately $250 but let's say $200. Across two days they had approximately 210,000 people in attendance. That's 42 mill for two nights work. Add on to that the merchandise sales. Holy Moley!!!! How good would it be making that amount of money doing something you love?

Is there a new tipping league for the Swans board? How do I join?

1x Swan and 2x former Swans. Biggest club turnout for the captains ;)

It's also nice of Cripps to kneel so he could fit in the frame.

I heard that Tim Watson said today that St Kilda will make the 8 this year. St Kilda are a joke. That is being kind.
They should not be in the competition. They are so incompetent. The drafting of that overrated winger from Fremantle a few years ago, on big money, with a new coach, summed it up for me. They are a club craving short term success at any cost. They should have kept going to the draft and they would not be in the pathetic position they are today.

I agree with you that St Kilda is a hopeless club, and I do not envy their supporters one bit. We have it sooooooo good compared to them! However, I really don't like people saying another team should not be in the competition. They are an older club than we are - they celebrate their sesquicentennerary this year. We were a basket case for the longest time. We were on our knees 30 years ago. There were clubs that wanted us out of the competition then (I'm looking at you Carlton) - and I do not forgive them. I admire the devotion and loyalty Saints fans have for their club. And I pity them. But I don't want their club out of the competition. I hope you just got carried away and don't really mean that you would like to see them out of the AFL.
