all you have to do to count as a tackle in afl is use physical contact to prevent the opponent in possession getting an effective disposal
if you are in the coal face in all those mauls half those tackles are people grabbing each other quick
yeah he still did them that can't be denied but it's not like it's that's great
maybe get the ball yourself occasionally

Are we all over re acting,sure we are disappointed including the players on that dismal performance but up to Saturday we have had a fantastic season.Important we re group in 2023 like Geelong did after 2022 after being beaten by 83 points in a pre lim final last season.

Ridiculous isn’t the half of it. Even before the injuries Could not catch a cold let alone a mark around the ground. Oh ! But he’s a good tap ruckman ! So is anybody that is 7ft tall. So much hypocritical shit hung on Hickey since Saturday where right up until last week against Collingwood most on here were in raptures over his efforts. Is he as athletic as the 2 blokes that worked him over on Saturday? No. Does he compete hard at centre bounces and stoppages around the ground ? Yes he does. Does he take marks around the ground regularly, a lot of the time as a get out kick ? Yes he does. Do we have a better option at this stage ? No.

King does chip and changes his opinion pretty easily. I would love to be a fly on the wall for the exit interviews this season. There are quiet a few who should be very wary if the coaching panel are serious. The B and F speech will be interesting, anyone got links to 2014 B and F speeches from coach and captain, would like to see if we get a carbon copy.

Biggest mistake with ruckman we let Cameron go to Collingwood but of cause we did not know what was ahead with Naismith's injuries.Need Ladham to step up and take over the No.1 ruck spot but a question mark on whether he can do that.
What radio heard nothing on SEN
Cameron was let go because he was always injured
Wouldn't get a mark in an exam , worst ruck ever to come out of Gunnadah
Definitely not the time to bag players that are well down the pecking order but it sometimes feels so hard for our list managers to just let our academy players go if they are just not up to it. Strange loyalty to Naismith considering we just traded for Ladhams.
