Hopefully Saad is ready to go. Boyd out and is not ready for this level yet.

Looks like Charlie, Pitto and Weitering may be question marks.

Only way TDK should survive is if Pitto is out. Otherwise, I would like the extra runner for next week.

LOB, Fisher, Plowman also all on the chopping block for me depending on who we can bring in.

Saad for Boyd

Injuries only from there

Whilst a number really dropped off in the second, and some younger players made some shockers - 20m passes under no pressure is not a mark of elite; shockers from 50m say otherwise - they won’t learn in the seconds.

Stocker, Dow, Fog, Martin as back up pending fitness

Foldies looked really ordinary yesterday. Chance to pound on an opponent. Win by 10 goals, Levi to kick 3 goal 2 with 4 out on the full. Walsh to make Rowell look second rate in the battle of No 1 picks in the midfield.
Boyd out Saad back
Persevere with TDK.

These guys have a history of knocking us on the head.

While we should win, but I think the fact that it is at their home and in the steamy GC conditions we are going to have issues.

Not sure what went on with a few of our players today, TDK seemed off and Harry's second half was average.

Being on the Gold Coast i have not missed a Carlton V Suns AFL game in 5 yrs
Suns are coming off a tough loss to GWS at home..GWS targeted MILLER via a partial double and it worked
Levi is their main focal up front a bit like our old days 5 yrs ago..

A close one V hawks signaled the wake up call..this may be a honeymoon spell and may drop any minute

I was actually hoping Voss had a slow start and then build and fight......his true objective is long term if he has one.

Anyway the suns CAN be tricky to any team, their list is as good as ours and they have pace and are fit.

their forwards can be effective via rankin, ainsworth, luscoicus

their defense is average....i mean that its ok
Rowell and Milller can match our best,Weller is a good winger

their ruck is good, beter than ours

We will need tp place our very best 22 for this one..and really study each zone and how it will play out...if the Suns are on we will have to be on and go 4 quarters, the Suns can drop the bundle at times but less these days and less likely at Metricon especially still early in the season, they will be red hot so BEWARE

maybe we can win by a couple goals with a good game......looking forward to this one !!!!!!

Dow 30 and 2 goals…. 14 clearances!

Another great game and probably BoG. He’s knocking.

Motlop too with 4 goals.

I don’t want to see anyone dropped, but competition for spots is now a thing. Maybe Owies? (Would be extreeeeeemly unlucky, but the talent is bashing the door down).

Can’t see who would step aside in the midfield.

Paddy Dow knocking on the door again.

30 touches, 15 clearances and 2 goals in the VFL.

Motlop with 4 goals also.

Not a spot for them yet though.

Good to see Dow and Motlop staking their claims for the first team; we need real pressure from the boys in the VFL.

Some of the first teamers shouldn’t feel safe after the Hawks game.
