Laird is back this week according to latest reports.

It is either Soligo or Hinge who get dropped.

Sholl is a much better player than Hinge and I can see him being in the starting 22 so that the Crows can use his run on the bigger ground at the G.

Wot Larid is back already .?

That wristy didn't last long ...:moustache:.

Berry set to play against the Bombers according to the medical room on the AFL website barring any setbacks.

Zorko also apparently a fair chance to play. He might be worth watching more medium-term. If the Lions keep him in that defensive role for a while, he might become very cheap. Already gonna drop big time in a couple of weeks after his 26 in round one. Less valuable with his midfield-only status, but he could potentially become a sideways option for a rookie like JHF and feasibly become a premium again. Probably a waste of a trade, but well worth watching.

Any love for Coniglio to Hewett D5 with Gibcus/McCartin D6....one of them to D7

SDK to F8, allowing Rachele Durdin Martin and Hayes to fight out the 3 onfield spots......

BUT absolutely $0 in kitty.....to the cent.

Help!
did you say trade out cogs? strange one. if its what you need to do to pull it off. could consider it. but id look at other options to raise the funds you need instead of offloading cogs (at that price hes a must have).

My other option was Owens out, Rachele to M8 (Ward M9), bring Skinner in to D7 with SDK going to F8,and either Durdin/Hayes onfield (F6) and 131k+ in kitty....

and look to get Hewett next round

My intention on the trade boost are not as conservative as some here

this week use 2 trades and round 3 use a trade boost to correct the set up mistakes - Use 5 trades first 2 weeks to gain best players scoring with the most amount of ability to generate cash or become a genuine keeper .

use of boost for me (15 trades) +2 trades round 2 =17
1.Round 3 corrections
2.Round 13 (2nd round of the bye)
3.Round 14 (3rd round of the bye)
4.Round 19/20 ( mainly upgrading for finals)
5.Finals 1st or 2nd week depending injuries/Covid

Still leaves 18 trades , Lets see how it goes

No trades this week. I want to take a look at another week.

Crisp is my biggest concern. If he spuds it up he's gone. At the moment considering Houston, MacDonald or Hewett as his replacement.

Owens and Ward on watch. I'm eyeing Dylan Stephens or Durdin as possible replacements.

Just the one trade for me this week. Whitfield > Hall
I have trust issues with the possible injury noise of Whitfield and GWS after last year.
I am pretty much convinced on my 2 trades for this week based on their scores and upside to improving their value
Out: McInerney + Whitfield
In : Green + Houston

In the gun for next week 3 trades using 1st boost
Berry , Ward , Hinge ,Gawn (if another sub 100 and the benefit of seeing him against my replacement option)

Looking at
Witts/Marshall , Newcombe , Caldwell , Lipinski , Foley , Maginness

The hardest thing about round 2 trades for me is switching out of pre season mode and stopping changing my team.
On my past trading history I make the most mistakes before round 6 as far as trading goes.
You Lie !!! .....I may not be good at a lot of things .....but I'll be damn if you're going to this mantle away from me

I am .... and remain the benchmark for poor aweful s**thouse early trading

Before you pull that trigger, just have a look at what Houston did after round 2 last year and think about Ports backline injuries. Most should be right to go, but ya never know.
