Depends on whether DeGoey wins a flag and decides he wants to join us for a new challenge. I'm surprised he hasn't come up earlier tbh.

Please note this is a joke, any further discussion of JDG is unwarranted.

I'm still waiting for our midfield of Cripps, Bont, Fyfe & Martin to arrive.

So to sum up the last few pages.
pong GIF

You're entitled to post that but until it is done it is just another bit of speculation.........................like Daniher.
But Daniher wasn't merely speculation and if the bombers had a sane list manager, he would have a hangover from mad Monday not resting up to play in a prelim.

Totally, TOTALLY different set of circumstances to Grundy.

Grundy more likely than McKay I think.

McKay has lots of options. Many clubs are desperate for a key defender.

Grundy really only has 2 options, us or Port. Melbourne about a 1% chance of holding him if he wants to go.
Hawks also neck deep in the McKay trade and I won't be surprised if he ends up there.

The thing I dont understand is that North are hardly trying to keep him with their age profile; I would have thought an experienced defender would be a priority for them.

they are mad tin rattlers

From the latest "Money Talks" article in The Age:

The Kangaroos are strongly linked to Sydney’s Dylan Stephens and Carlton’s Zac Fisher, both of whom they would have to broker trades for. Another Swan on North’s radar, Lewis Melican, is expected to remain in the Harbour City.

Sydney’s exit meetings began on Tuesday.

Restricted free agent Ben McKay could also land North the No.3 pick as compensation, with the key defender choosing between the Swans, Hawthorn and Essendon. McKay’s camp has not given an indication to his suitors on when he will make a call.

Also some discussion about Grundy in there as well (nothing we hadn't heard before).

Sorry, is this not a place to throw up "hypothetical trades"

"hypothetical", yes ... insane, no
and we'd be absolutely fckng insane to trade logan mcdonald
if he were to request one, well, that's a different matter ... but this club would be in some kind of self-destruct mode to put mcdonald on the market
