I think I'd rather see McKay taking 20% of the ruck duties to relieve our first ruck rather than having an undersized SOS being battered by the bigger-bodied rucks.

But he doesn't get battered. He's pretty strong, and he knows where to position himself. He may not win the tap but he makes it very hard for them to put it to advantage. And he plays off them around the ground.

Historically it's much tougher to beat Collingwood in H&A than in finals....

but seriously, the team is starting to believe, and tonight would have gone a long way to exorcising the demons from R23 last year. Competition's wide open for any side that peaks at the right time.

Rinse repeat. Margin flattered the Pies. **** they were lucky we lost Cerra.

Honestly if Cerra and Walsh played that game we would have won by 7-8 goals. Their midfield is not even close to being able to control us and we have taken away their advantage over us now because we are playing forwards who chase and pressure. Obsessively.

I just can’t believe how dominant that was. From early in the first when the Pies got two goals up to us getting to 36 up we won that vast block of the game by basically 50. It was an incredible performance.
