Haven’t we made a name for ourselves
The treatment of Rachele was a complete embarrassment.

They couldn't even get their lie so called justification right.

The most disappointing things was Dawson's comments.

We are a rebuilding club who should be supporting younger players not throwing them under a bus to protect a pathetic coach.

I thought Lairds were much worse TBH.

it's irrelevant cos he goes where hes drafted. i dont like how they treated rachele though either.
Hardly irrelevant if true.

Our club's reputation is a shambles.

We are making it harder to attract talent, including trading talent & FA in.

We can pretend to be aggressive all we want, but if we are run by morons who are projecting a culture not supporting players, we are ****ed.

Yeah, his too!

Bottom line is our club leadership, including coaching group are building a ****ed up culture... & outsiders can see it.

Protectionism not performance.

Sid Draper.

This has got to be the first time I can ever recall of an SA kid being described as a possible "leave home" threat if an SA club drafts him.
Didn't his brother Arlo say something similar in his draft year? I can vaguely remember he was keen to play in Melbourne too.

Sack Nicks.
Can't come quick enough.

We are not going to have any success til he is gone.

The club are just prolonging the suffering of supporters.

The board are not acting in our best interests but doubling down on their own stupid decision to extend his contract.

The kings of self pwnage.

(Do the kids still say that?)

It's going great for us
I'm sure our football manager or CEO will come out with some inspirational messaging... lol who am I kidding.

"Self-pwnage" (or simply "self-pwn") refers to accidentally embarrassing or defeating oneself, usually in an online or social context. It originates from the word "pwn," which is a gamer term meaning to dominate or defeat someone. When someone "self-pwns," they unintentionally say or do something that backfires or makes them look bad.

That Showdown week was an entire cluster****

What Josh did was stupid, what the rest of them was actually hurtful. Personally I think it'll be the making of him.... but it has caused some issues on the way through

It could very, very easily be the breaking of him too (as a crows player anyway). Being treated like that by senior players, coaches and officials is unforgivable and I wouldn’t be surprised if he plays with little enthusiasm or vigour as long as he remains at our club (unless said senior players, coaches and officials f*ck the f*ck off)

I don't think it will be.

He'll want to prove a point IMO.

It's a weird story. Clearly the Rachele thing was a horror show, a bad mistake compounded by a horrific abdication of leadership from our senior players, who just circled the wagons. But as he proved as recently as yesterday with his Cumming story, Josh Money gets fed stuff by Port. So this could be a drop from them to deter Cumming from joining. Ultimately, despite being yet another small wound in a season which has had a thousand of them, we'll almost certainly still either draft Draper, Lalor or O'Sullivan with Pick 4.
