If you believe this ....we'll still have a choice of Lalor, Draper, and O'Sullivan

Saints have been kissed on the dick if they get a first rounder for Battle. Picks 7 & 8 could be in the same conversation as picks 1 & 2

Nice player, nice skills, nice evasiveness, not quick but, lightly built for an AFL midfield IMO.
Yep, all of this. He's nice and he dominates at Under 18 level as his limitations are easy enough to be put aside. But at AFL level his lack of pace, burst and strength will render him right back to the pack. He's one I find hard to rate because he has been truly dominant in some games but I have to back my eyes. 10-15 range for me.

I wonder who Cal Twomey is speaking about re pick 1? ;)

It’s a race in four according to Cal, and one in particular has piqued his interest.

“He wears number 4, he likes a fend off. He reminds me of a certain guy his just left the Richmond footy club.”

Which player is it? I want to know who we should avoid because he isn't going to pass the Adelaide culture test - you know before he goes on to become a 3 time premiership player, 3 time norm smith medalist, 4 time All Australian, 3 time Gary Ayres medalist, 2 time B&F winner and Brownlow medalist.

Expect huge winges next year when people realise just how many players will be only open to academy picks. Don’t think we have one next year.

I think many clubs without NGA’s will be up in arms. Just you wait
Going to be the most compromised draft in history next year

Especially considering the Queensland talent

Will any of the other top prospects except for Lalor miss through injury?
Murphy Reid was in doubt last I heard, Xavier Lindsay I'd think for sure tweaked a knee in his last game, Olli Hotton who was shaping as a top end pick before he did his ACL.

Ok, I’m warming to a world where we split our pick 4. This the year to do it of possible. Especially if you can pick a sliding Travaglia in the teens for example.
If we split pick 4, it may crash Bigfooty. :$
