I can easily see you guys bringing in 3 mature aged bodies from other clubs here. Stringer, Frost and Kennedy can probably be achieved while only losing Parker + a guy like Konstany who probably wants out being too far behind others

Stringer is a MUST really. It will be the way to get out of the Amartey/McLean duo who dont gel all that well
Or you could just give your first and future first for Warner. We need to go to the draft

Too many good young players not playing already to do that I feel. If Sheldrick aint playing then pick 3 this year probably wont be either
Thanks.... we need to bring Sheldrick in. Maybe Adams too but that's as far as we go depth wise. We need to seriously challenge all starters with class youth. Managing role players in and out of the team will not make us better.

*I wonder if Carmichael from next year's draft could be a Lloyd replacement. Seems composed with his kicking and handballing.
*I think short term Fox/Snell could be potential understudies for Rampe.
*Parker has mainly played forward recently. So don't mind if there is not a like for like replacement. I actually prefer a more mobile forward line.
*Re Adams. I would use one of our early picks on a mid. It is good to have depth in that area.
agree
Fox is the bridge to Snell
The forward issue us bigger than Parker.i think we need to draft. Stringer could be a bridge, but do not want
A forward leaning mid would be good

FB: Rampe - McCartin - Blakey

HF: Parker - McDonald - Gulden
FF: Papley - Amarty - Hayward
FOL: Grundy - Heeney - Rowbottom
INT: Roberts - Fox - McInerney - McLean

FOL: Grundy - Heeney - Rowbottom

OUT: Parker, Warner, Amarty, McCartin, Fox

IN: Mills, Stringer, Frost, Cleary, Sheldrick

Wouldn't be against bringing in Kennedy but that's just another one fighting it out with Adams in the Ressies.

Today once again showed we need a dangerous, agile forward.

Lohmann at 20 proved it doesn’t take long for the really talented kids to impact.

Hamish Davis is the draftee we need.
It would be good if we could draft an attacking half forward. It seems it is the way the game is going.

Collingwood relied on Bobby Hill last year. Brisbane have some good mobile forwards. Geelong remain competitive with their mobile forward line. GWS have a few.

When we made a comeback against GWS, we needed guys like Papley, Campbell and Hayward to spark our attack.

Trade Warner to the Eagles for #3 and future 1st.
Draft:
#3 - Harvey Langford
#22 - Matt Whitlock
#23 - Cooper Hynes

Trade In:
Matt Kennedy
Sam Frost

Trade Out:
Chad Warner
Joel Amartey
Luke Parker

Rampe Frost Cunningham
Blakey Melican Mills
McInerney Heeney Gulden
Lloyd McLean Hayward
Cleary McDonald Papley
Grundy Kennedy Rowbottom

Int From: Langford, Florent, Adams, Roberts, Jordon, Fox, Sheldrick, Hynes

Whitlock to take over in defense in 2026. Langford is good enough to play straight away in defense or up forward with limited midfield time.
Jordon might need to reinvent himself as a small defender to go on the quicker small types.

I’d be putting Campbell on the table for starters, has currency too.

Still don’t get us going into a GF and leaving out Adams who may have won a clearance

Chad I am here or there if it’s West Coast I’m interested but not Fremantle

Oh man I missed Campbell in my team. Would just put him in the long list of interchange players.

Both Matt Kennedy and Sam Frost have both publicly said they are not leaving Victoria, and will likely stay at their clubs.
