If anyone has or could point me in the direction of this heraldsun rich list: top 100 paid players thing that would be amazing
#48: Dylan Shiel who apparently looks a hell of a lot like Coniglio. Such a simple thing but don’t know how you get that wrong.
We will, Battle needs to be top 40 in the AFL paid players. At 880-920 he would comfortably be in the top 30.If Ben Macay is the 2nd post paid player in the league the idea we aint getting band 1 for battle is ridiculous.
I thought he should have retired last yearCertainly an interesting call coming up for Geelong with regard to Tom Hawkins. Played in the VFL game on the weekend, didn't see it but seems a bit of a nothing game from him. Been out for quite a while now, can't really see the Cats picking him for the prelim, possibly played his last game. Rohan with a fractured skull in the same game. Southport beat Geelong with Goober monstering Sam De Koning in the ruck and kicking a couple of goals.PLAYERCARDSTART26Tom Hawkins

Thoughts on Tomahawk?
No wonder he’s been struggling lately. Playing for two clubs would be hard.#48: Dylan Shiel who apparently looks a hell of a lot like Coniglio. Such a simple thing but don’t know how you get that wrong.
I think that he is done as well.Certainly an interesting call coming up for Geelong with regard to Tom Hawkins. Yeah there’s a few who are robbing their clubs blind on this list:How good is Hawthorn's salary cap position? Only 2 players in the top 100 in the league - no wonder they can splash big on Barrass and Battle.
Geelong pretty great management as well, only 3 players in the top 100 and not even super near the top.
How funny is Essendon's list though:
McKay, Merrett, Shiel, Redman, Parish, Wright, Gresham
Merrett is great, Parish is ok, apart from that what do they actually get for their dollars?
Lukosius on a $1M a year for the next two years - wonder how much of that would we would pay to take him off Gold Coasts hands.

I'd pay 100% plus Future First for Pick 6Lukosius on a $1M a year for the next two years - wonder how much of that would we would pay to take him off Gold Coasts hands.
Guess it will depend a fair bit on whether we have other targets in mind but if we had the cash and needed to spend it, he'd be a good target.
Err did you see why he left? Not a chance we'll get him.Can we get Graham Wright as COO?
He’s left the Pies.
Carl Dilena is now CEO, leaving the COO position open.
Can you give more detail about Rough?Err did you see why he left? Not a chance we'll get him.
Actually it reminds me of a story I heard about why Roughead left at the start of the year. Or rather, was booted out of the club.
Sorry just realised it was Kelly that I was thinking of, not Wright.Err did you see why he left? Not a chance we'll get him.

Wright? Kelly? Doesn’t matter.Sorry just realised it was Kelly that I was thinking of, not Wright.
Not sure but his money will be spread across 9 years and who knows about the 4 year triggerFree agency band is determined by whether they are in the top percentage of AFL salaries?
Do big signings like Andrew potentially push Battle down the pecking order?
