Barrass to take the 1
Frost to take the 2
Battle to take the 3rd tall
Scrim to play the Sic role
Sic to play forward rotating with Battle. Weds to move up the ground.
Jog on MuppetDoesn’t bother me personally
Frost is a journeyman and won’t play in the same team as Barrass, I’m guessing he’s seen the writing in the wall and had his head turned
IF Frosty was to leave for better terms, I very much doubt we would deal on him until after the Barrass deal was finalised. It would be suicidal to lose Frost then not complete the Barrass deal.I mentioned this earlier but with the draft happening after the trade period if we were to somehow snag a F1 for Frosty then they could turn around knowing full well that we've traded him and demand 2 x 1st for Barrass. I'm not saying they would but they could very well pray on our desperation and try to bend us over. Just worth a though that's all.
Comes off very suspect and pathetic
I saw what you did on your own board you Minnow 2 Premierships in 80 odd years Flog. You think you’re getting a first round pick for Frost?
Was watching the 2015 prelim last night.
Lake Frawley Stratton Gibbo Birch Burgers Doc and Hodgey were all spending time in the back line.
No wonder we were winning flags!!!!
He's not very good.Anyone know what's happened to Brandon Ryan after we traded him last year? 26yrs old turning 27 this year and has only played one game this season
I watched that recently as well.
Was an underrated banger. The Freo crowd was insane that night. Genuine arm wrestle and highly skilled game.
Our little visitor at least poses an interesting point - Sydney's draft hand is presently picks 18,19 and 56. I doubt they'd be willing to hand over either 18 or 19 and I doubt we would accept pick 56 - so it would be future picks or some pick swaps if Frost wants to take them up on their offer.
Sure until you ran to your board talking shit.I get that you’d rather keep him than give him away for nothing. He’s probably worth more to you as a back up than a junk pick
At the same time you’ve gone ahead and recruited not one, but two players who will be above him in your defensive pecking order. Do you think he’s in your best 22 now?
All I was saying was 18 or 19 won’t be in the picture and we don’t have a second round.
If you’d like me to multi quote earlier posts a couple of pages back, multiple suggested they’d require a second rounder and one poster suggested he was worth a first round pick.
The latter simply isn’t realistic and if he decides he wants out, what is a 31 year old, non best 22 player worth?
No need for the insults, my post was reasonable
Frost will play alongside Barrass and Battle, he has already been given this assurance by Sam.I get that you’d rather keep him than give him away for nothing. He’s probably worth more to you as a back up than a junk pick

Just don't think he's very good. Had a great game against the Pies last year but that was it.Anyone know what's happened to Brandon Ryan after we traded him last year? 26yrs old turning 27 this year and has only played one game this season

This is why people think, and rightly so, that Swans supporters know absolutely nothing about afl.Doesn’t bother me personally

Your posting history clearly highlights your hatred for Hawthorn. Stop being a disingenuous dumb **** claiming your post was reasonable, when its quite clear what you were trying to do.I get that you’d rather keep him than give him away for nothing. He’s probably worth more to you as a back up than a junk pick

Respectfully to all posters saying Frosty won't be best 22 next season - give your head a wobble.
Sam has openly said Frosty is pretty much the first name on the whiteboard, and has agreed the trigger which Sam Frost activated to be extended.
He has been in the top 6 of our players all season.
Barrass and Battle COMPLIMENT frosty, not replace him.
He will stay down back and let others - Weddle, Sicily, Hardwick, Amon - be reallocated as needed against certain sides.
He's been brilliant this year, and I for one, would be amazed if Sammy Mitchell is going to discard him so easily.
He absolutely is best 22 next season.
