I think the mods should introduce a thread ban for anyone suggesting this ridiculous idea in future on here.
You don’t need to be much of a footy fan to know this is not a feasible option.
Dropping marks in the forward 50 is fine. You can bring the ball to ground, gets the smalls involved in attack etc.
dropping marks at centre half back, 40 m out from your own goal unopposed with a minute left? no that's not an option.

Don’t get me wrong I’m a big JT fan and what he’s achieved from the rookie list is awesome.
But he plays as a forward for freo, or not at all. It’s as simple as that.

Please let no one ever ever mention him as a centre half back ever again. Just no.

Well the past four games have highlighted some clear list holes we have. We are desperate for a small forward and we still need a goal kicking mid. Jury is still out on Treacy but we can't really judge him until Darcy is back.

I think that if we had Errol Gulden he turns 10 to 20% of those kicks inside fifty into shots on goal and we win.

We just need some polish between the stoppage and the forward.

While our disposal I50 is not a strength, I don't think that's holding us back. Very few teams have that elite kick I50.

Our midfielders choke every time they get looks at goaI. If we had Warner we probably would have won today. Our small forwards (Walters, Switta, Emmett) are also average. We need to use our draft picks wisely this season.
