Give Murray chance to get a full season in 2025 without any further responsibility. Likely to be there in 2026.

Michalanney and Soligo two younger players to develop over next three years and potentially takeover from Keays, Rankine and Hinge.

Max is a future skipper for sure , maybe even our next one . Give him another year without any titles

Are we better off holding on to our F1 and using it next year and staggering the influx of talent?

I mean Curtin is already struggling to break into our star studded line up (even with injuries). Pick 4 will be lucky to play a handful of games all the while we are still going with Laird and Crouch in the middle.
