Tough to say.
HS has his ranking at 30. Ranking, not a phantom draft, so he could be anywhere between 30-40+ Depending on clubs, given he has barely played this year.

I enjoy watching their friends & family celebrating with them.

Its just so nice to see these kids, their family and friends so happy for these kids as they realise all the hard work, the pressure, getting to this draft is not an easy thing. Not everyone gets the opportunity to be picked, given there are so little spots and so many players. The emotion. I remember watching the draft aspect of the trade doco and all the stuff the kids deal with, you just feel for them and must be a real relief.

Sims is the one I’d be looking for.

I was originally a Gerryn fan but don’t think we can add him to Steene and Smit. Need a more natural forward.

I’d be tempted to go with Stumpf as well, especially if we roll the dice on Dean and Eyre for another season. In that case I don’t think we go another key defender but you have the option to turn a Stumpf into a defender if needed.

I really like Bice if he was still available but if we take three picks here I’d almost be looking at a clearance mid and contested beast.

Thank you very much for providing this list. Now does anyone know whether the various key defenders & key forwards on this list show signs of being capable of making it onto an AFL list in 2024? I really hope that like Hawthorn when they drafted Mitch Lewis at a pick in the 50's or 60's or perhaps even later, that we can find a diamond in the rough. OK. Goodnight & good luck.
