Fos has andrew Brayshaw written all over him.

Feels like a repeat of the 2017 draft, someone’s going to take a bloke at 3/4 and get a dud or a jet

If LDU goes the fa pick is linked to our finishing position.

Why wouldn’t the afl give us a top comp pick if Colby is taken by tas. Absolutely they should/would

If Colby left for Tasmania then they have a stack of top ten picks to trade.

The Tasmanian concessions are going to include lots of top end picks that have to be traded for players (in addition to top end picks to take 18 year olds) so there will certainly be high quality compensation for Colby if he gets a godfather offer.

(Edit: what Filth just said)

Jagga is the one I least want, too similar to Sheez and doesn't offer much point of difference with either a bigger/taller frame, versatility to play other positions and/or speed and defensive intensity.
He'll be a very good player and is classy with his ball use. I just think others give us something we don't have already.
FOS, Lalor, Smillie or Draper is the four I'd look at. Langford don't want, not interested in playing for us.
If we slide back and go talls then try get a couple out of Tauru/Shanahan/J Whitlock/Armstrong/Trainor.
Should be an interesting draft night with what we do.

Chubbs, I don't think you're thinking your way through this correctly.

My only question regards FOS is he seems very dependant on using his right foot. Not sure how confident he is on his left although that will develop with time you would hope and think.

Our other winger is a left footer.

You obviously play McKercher on the left wing with the boundary to his left and FOS on the right in the same configuration.

You need your non-dominant foot obviously, but it helps enormously for wingers when we have this balance.

This has had me curious.

Based on his debut season you'd be pushing Colby out to 2027-8.

I'd guessed it would be Colby's management who might roadblock this.

But there's a small chance it could be us.

is that a nuffy tuggers supporter?

Ive said this a million times to dumb tigers supporters. They aren’t getting both lalor and fos (the top 2 picks) without giving up pick 6/11.
Carlton supporter.

I reckon we're going to be together for a long time. He should just be getting a taste of finals, can't see him taking the cash to sit at the bottom again.

Sanders is the one most likely to go home imo.

Everything I hear, says we won’t need to worry about Colby moving to Tassie. But it’ll be a HUGE offer, so he’s going to certainly have something to think about…

Anyway, bring on FOS 👍🏼

On the money as always The Filth Wizard, Sanders will 100% leave in my view.

Lots of FOS on a wing shouts. In time..

But next year - he’d probably be better as a small forward / HFF than Payne, Konstanty, Hansen Jr., Harvey. That is an immediate upgrade.

Or.. you chuck him on a HBF (our future midfielder production line), get his hands on the ball, utilise his overhead marking and dash.

Really exciting if it comes to fruition.
No point displacing Kerch + Scott for a rookie with no AFL experience. We are pretty set for wing depth anyway.

Pressure forwards, not so much.

In the event we do pick FOS, I'd be happy to develop him off half back like we have done with Sheez and Kerch.

His agility and vision would be really damaging off there while he build his body. Would also be equally happy to park him on a wing in the VFL for 12 months while he develops.
