Moving our F1 will depend on our boards I feel. If we traded for Tigers pick 18 and 23 and they became Faul and Trainor the club may be happy. Will be an interesting watch either way.
Personally I would trade it for a sliding Tauru or pick 10 and 20. I think F1 will be heavily undervalued though

On face value it seems pick 2 is settled. What we do with our F1 is where the interest moves to.

Or who do we take with pick 62? What pick will it be once all the bids are placed? Low 50's??
We either use our f1 for saints pick 8 or tigers pick 10/11 to get Tauru or shanahan

Or we use our f2 to get Gerreyn, trainor or Faull

I think we'd be looking at a key forward and given we picked up Konstanty he might be the one we miss on.
Good chance Giants might take him anyway at 15/16/21.
Agree we probably be looking at a key forward and he's been very under valued by the media. I have Hannaford higher than any our F2 may get and he can play multiple positions.

My biggest issue with trading our F1 is the amount of whinging and melts that will happen after every loss. We could get 12 wins and there'll still be melts after every loss.
That's a pretty good reason. I'm sure Brady agrees.

All depends on the players we get for it. I don't think there'd be too many complaints if it's say one or two out of Tauru/Shanahan/Faull/Whitlock twins/Trainor/Hannaford/Berry etc.
But yes there will always be FOMO. We've had that already with Serong or Reid already lol.
I think we'll be more just rounding out the list for needs via trade/FA or the draft the next few years and if we really wanted somebody next year we can move a F1 into next year and just get out of the draft when Tassie comes in so to speak.

I said my biggest issue. I'm not going to pretend to be an expert on next year's draft. If the club think that Tauru is better than what we can get next year then I won't have a problem with that decision. But you know it will be constantly brought up unless the draftee is an absolute gun out of the gates.

Interesting tidbit that Finn’s dad was on our list.

I was sure I saw this info yesterday and then no matter what I could not find it on the web to prove I knew something.
