Just reminding myself of just how good Taj Hotton's start of the year was. Freakish movement, excellent overhead, class decision making, IQ through the roof and innate ability to stay in and around the ball.

Not sure we are in a position to be taking a risk with a kid who just done his ACL, unless we have more picks inside the top 30, but I have no doubt he would've been pushing top 5 had he of got a full season. Real shame.

Will be very interesting to see who pulls the trigger on him and how early that will be.

If we can manufacture a teens pick and Berry and Hannaford are off the board, I would pull the trigger.

Reckon Taj is better than FOS. Should take the risk. Is way too talented.

It’s going to be us and you know it.

If we can get Armstrong at 7 and Berry at that 13 I reckon we skip the pick two as I wouldn’t mind skipping a Luke Trainior. Plus people think we should not go for a midfield, of course we should. A Harvey Langford would be beautiful.
Have heard the Dees will take Armstrong at 5.

Take Armstrong at pick 2. His upside is enormous and can learn off Larkey and Darling whilst he is developing his craft. Great hands and such a sound kicking action, very accurate set shot.
He has the potential to become a real weapon.
We’ve gone with so many mids with our early draft picks, so it’s time to take the best key forward this time.
No point having a team of gun mids if you have no one up forward to mark it and convert the work up the field.

His kicking action is rather unique to me. He stabs/punches the ball through the air quickly.

By the time he’s ready to go - they won’t have any decent mids and Gawn will be long Gawn
I'm 100% right behind you magic, have heard this a few times, I would be gobsmacked if Melbourne took Harry, they need elite mids and if they can't trade up to get one of the guns then there other top players who could play in that area.

I'm happy to do this as I reckon Harry is a gun and we would only do it if we couldn't split our pick 2 or we knew a couple of clubs were hot on Harry and would pounce, trust me if we are that keen on him, we will take him no matter what, there are probably too many questions to be answered at the moment on all these players and who has what pick and compo picks etc etc.

Mornin Scout . Just interested in your opinion. If we where to split 2 would you be prepared to take Houston with one of those picks and miss out on either Armstrong or a Berry Hanniford type. My opinion is i would rather the picks at the moment. Maybe i am to obsess with this years Draft talent.
