Wouldn't be surprised if we pass, and would be more than ok with it, but like a kid a Christmas I wouldn't mind one more present...

EDIT: Yep, there it is. Fantastic draft and I can go to bed now. Hoo roo.

If there is a player you want, better to take him now instead of hoping he falls to us in the rookie draft. I know it is a 2 year deal instead of 1 so it's a risk.

Edit: Oh well

KPDs are always a bit of a lottery Jim imo. While I agree with your point theres nothing to suggest Harry couldn't end up better than those others.

Offensively I doubt he's ever a superstar but defensively he's solid as a rock and highly athletic.
O'Farrell is an elite kick. I think he will suprise many
He's potentially better than Young, but so was Young. In some ways a chasm between him and Jack Whitlock.
The whole family is mad Carlton.
We do this a lot, and I think it colours our decision making a bit.
We have enough don't we?

Durdin
J Carroll
M Carroll
Cunners
Marchy
Martin
Kennedy
Owies

8 spots, down to 7 with Boyd coming off the rookie list

Could take 3-4 players tonight and hold 3-4 spots for SSP/ PSD.
You're forgetting Lord was a mid-season pick opened up by a season-ending injury, so an additional person has to come off the list at the end of the year for that.

I hope we do take somebody here if we like them, because I feel like we've killed the need for at least one of our supposed SSP train-ons.

... and we passed. :(

Other clubs are trading in... starting to think we're just contrarian

Why would we pass with Hamish Davis, Logan Smith, Floyd Burmeister and Gabriel Stumpf still on board . We should have at least screwed Sydney with Logan Smith
