For another team maybe, our team is the slowest team in the comp and desperately lacks some class and pace up forward. Dattoli May end up the better overall player but he's a nuggety mid/fwd with limited speed, Berry is a lightning fast small forward who's a proven goal kicker.

For Carltons needs Berry>Dattoli all day imo
I’m sure if you guys get one of the 2 boys it’s a massive win both bring a lot of X factor

Is Berry lightning fast?

I thought there were test results where he didn’t run under 3 sec for 20m.

Berry has good speed and agility but will wait for draft camp to see where he rates. In game Berry does look light on his feet though where as dattoli looks more powerful.

It’s an interesting choice. Berry is more specialist forward who doesn’t look to have contested game for midfield where as dattoli does and can also play forward. But Will dattoli have the speed and agility to apply pressure when Carlton doesn’t have ball? He looks ok to me(not quick though) but l would be taking a close look at his repeat sprints and endurance to see if he can maintain his speed and energy.

Whoever we take they must have the athletic capabilities to apply pressure when we lose possession as it seems this is currently a big problem in both our midfield and forward line.

I’m tipping that we need to move 31 up to the early 20s or risk Losing it to Ben.

Then that still leaves us without drafting a tall
If we get Aleer do we need to draft a tall? He's fairly young as is.

But I agree on moving up from 31, I'd imagine we will use picks from potential Owies, Carroll, Hewett/Kennedy trades to try and get back amongst the early 20s/late teens.

If we were to draft a KPP I'd be going for Shanahan if he's still there. Think he may bolt a bit though unfortunately

Could we do pick swap with Richmond 11 and 31 for 17 and 22?

Fast - Berry
Above average - Travaglia, Hotton, Moraes
Average - Lindsay, Allan, Langford
George Hewett - Reid
It's interesting. Our current selection is 11. Once academy picks and compensation picks this could balloon out to pick 15-16 come draft night.
