Has been some rumours that North are keen on Draper at 2… maybe smoke and mirrors from them to try and get Adelaide to pay up and then North take Tauru at 4?It sounds to me like the Crows might be a little confident we will draft Draper.
If North are considering taking him at 2 they may as well move back a couple of spots and pick up an extra whatever they can get.Has been some rumours that North are keen on Draper at 2… maybe smoke and mirrors from them to try and get Adelaide to pay up and then North take Tauru at 4?

wonder if richmond then come hard for our pick 3...Yep 100%. If they are taking him no matter what anything they get for moving back is a bonus. So long as they don't move back far enough that someone else is a chance to pick him

You’d think they’ll make a call draft night if crows take Draper at 2wonder if richmond then come hard for our pick 3...
Most of their pick split options probably expose them to that risk. IE anything after 5 because Melbourne might be keen albeit probably prefer him at 9.Yep 100%. Same boat here. That’s the way I viewed the video also but hard to make a decisive assessment from such a small sample size when I haven’t seen any full game vision etc.
Bit of a wild order, but the way people are pushing Hotton down the order, I'd love to do this:Jagga slipping to the Saints at Pick 8 is a nightmare scenario
2024 AFL Phantom Draft: Every pick in the first two rounds
Jasper Chellappah has released his latest two-round AFL Phantom Draft for 2024, with the first of a big two-night event now just two weeks away. Who is your club looking to pick with its early selections?www.espn.com.au
Let’s simplify this…Bit of a wild order, but the way people are pushing Hotton down the order, I'd love to do this:
(expecting Ashcroft bid)
4 & 39 & F3 to Richmond for 7, 12 & F2
(expecting Lombard bid)
13, 71, 74, Lions F2 to GWS for 18, 19, 58
Smilie, Hotton, Hynes. Make it happen, Austin.
Because they want to reach up for FOS or Smith? The value is there, we're going down a quality tier in the draft.Let’s simplify this…
There’s no way Richmond will trade 6 & 11 for our 3 & 38
At a stretch 6 & 18/20 for our two picks - but, would we be keen to do this?
utter rubbish.Drapers decision making is an issue. All the draftees have there weaknesses and with Draper it’s clear in the YouTube clips that by hand he takes poor options sometimes. Either that or he doesn’t handball to advantage of the receiver. His handballs can result in the ball being turned over.
While Draper is far more powerful than say jagga, jagga decision making is far better.

wheres the draper to north talk come from
For pick 1 they can have it….wonder if richmond then come hard for our pick 3...
All signs seem to indicate that we'll take FOS. No idea if that's a good or bad thing.
