I've seen Kemp mentioned as a future mid a few times. I don't see any evidence that he plays like a midfielder. What traits are people seeing that mean he's such an obvious midfielder being played out of position?

To me his only strength is his leap and ability to intercept mark. He either improves that and becomes a gun intercepter like Lever / Howe or he gets superseded by someone else. Maybe he could be a marking 3rd forward one day?

He was good - was in the thick of it, particularly in and under plays but I thought the new rules didn't allow Cripps in particular to push through would be tackles like he normally does because umps blowing the whistle for HTB a lot more quickly.

Charlie burning Cripps running into f50 with space in front of him was not good - He is a senior player now and although he normally nails those he needs to do the right thing and evaluate better options.

Cripps gave him a serve and Charlie gave off a lot of goals after that
