Their score is the sun of all their scoring acts weighted by when they scored them relative to the scale anchor.
Different for every player and they're not losing points, the score is fluid until the final 3,300 are locked in at the end.
They lose points for negative scoring acts like a Kermit, the rest you can't really track and shouldn't try to.
