I moved both on, but low key regretting trading Dawson, think he probably has a run of good scores in him still to come

Trying the "he's in Brownlow contention" defence probably.
Isn't it his 3rd striking charge this year? Doubt he gets off.
hard to tell, a few have gotten off for doing the exact same thing(hogan i think?) whilst others have gotten a week. no real consistency

I don't have him so hope it stands, but it looks a 50/50.

Weighing up the same choice. No clue what to do.
Steele going like a busted, and St Kilda looked better the other night when they shifted him forward.
Dawson probably scores better, but Adelaide have a tough draw. No Crouch means he probably has to player midfield now though.
Currently I've got Steele out, but it'll change 45 times by Friday.

You have to think, with Petracca gone, and Brayshaw retired ....Salem has an important role to play in the back half of the season

St Kilda play 8/9 under the roof so I'm not sure winter grounds are really an issue for Steele.
Thinking Merrett in. Not set on him though. He does tend to finish seasons well.

He does well in the 2nd half of seasons .....just seems to me, it's a lottery this year with Mids ....a trade may end up giving you just a few points variance on what you already have
I'm really struggling with Mids .....hence, why I'm bringing Rozee at M9, and going loop the likes of Oliver / Dawson / Steele ....until I get a standout upgrade

Fair enough.
I need an extra score this week, Merrett plays the extra game over Steele so will easily out score him. Essendon have a great draw (they only leave Melbourne once for the rest of the year). A tag is the main worry.
But yeah midfield scoring is down this year. Jumping on the right players will be gold.

I already have Zerrett ....with the proliferation of HB's scoring huge ...I'd probably go Steele / Oliver to Zorko
But I simply cannot have Zorko in my side .....it would feel dirty
I've currently got Steele out to Merrett. He's got thr bye and he just looks shit house.
But he could have a niggle that comes good after the break.

What a boring week. Can't do anything until 5pm Friday when the teams are finalized. Should have 18 players pre-trades, need to see who is named before I decide on my plans. Clohesy is my 18th scorer, but he could be dropped, he's about to drop a heap of cash, and his cash is handy for my trades, so can't do much at this point. Hopefully we get a cheap green dot, like many, I'll just take a punt on a first gamer. Really want 19 scorers. 18 is too risky.

I'm trying to work if that is a good thing or not? 101.2 average at Marvel this year to date. Has arguably been more consistent/scoring better away from Marvel. 113 average away from Marvel.

Can we trust GC on their away games ?
strong correlation between when GCS win and when rowell/miller score well. but they only win at home which theyre only at around half their games that they have left i think?

Why would Clohesy be dropped? The Suns have no wingers, they play Fiorini on the other wing and he's terrible
