I was not a big fan , thought he was brought in to fill a gap in the list however played just about the whole season - that being said it would of surprised him he wasn't offered a new contract due to the reason he played so many games.
However really the halfback position is one position a host of players can fill - apart from Sinclair and Milera being standouts - players like Hunter Clark have filled the role well and now having kids like McLennen , Hastie , Schoemaker - Bonner is really excess.

Maybe its a bit cynical to say but the entire story is trolling the club really.

Was it just because of how poor we played that we were so rarely on Match of the Day?
The club has done pretty well just to survive considering the lack of support over the years of the VFL.
Also: I love their training uniforms! Great to see Plugger in that!
Edit: wait a second... our club phone number was 555 6688? For REAL?
Be honest, you guys can tell me: is all of this actually real or am I just in some messed up Hollywood film and you guys are all characters in the story? Starting to feel very The Truman Show in here...
