Should be able to. Much like Toby Pink by NMFC last year. Can we pick McMahon up as a dfa at all?
Ah this makes sense - cheers.No.
We'd need to match 2700 points (3000 - 10%), with a deficit of 836 points allowed.
So if we weren't holding 1864 points in the 2026 draft, we would not be allowed to match the bid. Our chances of getting those points without using our 1st rounder is negligible.
Think Walsh needs to prove he can get back there first. I know he had reasons this season with his back but what he produced was certainly not 'as good as anyone in his position'.With Pick 3 our list is now choc full of genuine A grade talent
Weitering, Cripps, TDK, McKay, Curnow, Walsh are as good as anyone in their respective positions
Acres, Docherty, Saad, Newman, Cerra, Hewett, McGovern are very good players
We now need to add a couple of role players and have our youngsters like Motlop, Ollie etc to develop
We need Lord, Moir, Binns, O'Keefe now to step up and push for spots
Over to you Innes & Voss but this is a List well incontention for a Flag right NOW
I'll be happy enough with this next year even though the 2nd KPD and small forwards are still awful on paper. Pray for Moir and Motlop to have the pre seasons of their life times and explode next year. Would really love to somehow pick up another Acres style pick up late tomorrow.
Cowan Weitering Saad
Newman Haynes E.Hollands
Acres Cripps Wilson
Fogarty Curnow Durdin
Moir McKay Williams
DeKoning Walsh Draper/Lalor/Smith/FoS
Cerra O.Hollands McGovern Hewett
Motlop
A Draper, Walsh, Cripps midfield with Cerra as the fourth and Hewett the hard working fifth is mouth watering.I'll be happy enough with this next year even though the 2nd KPD and small forwards are still awful on paper. Pray for Moir and Motlop to have the pre seasons of their life times and explode next year. Would really love to somehow pick up another Acres style pick up late tomorrow.

He was tearing games a part in the middle of the year. Until he got a hip knockThink Walsh needs to prove he can get back there first. I know he had reasons this season with his back but what he produced was certainly not 'as good as anyone in his position'.
I believe he can get back there, it'll likely depend on his ability to stay fit.
No current season stats available
Will somewhat depend on picks we can acquire I would think. If Kennedy goes, I'm guessing Jack Carroll stays. Just then would leave Sam Durdin and Matt Carroll, whom I think both would go (maybe Matt to VFL list...?)
Agree re: Lord and Jack Carroll. Lord looks a likely type. Will somewhat depend on picks we can acquire I would think.
Haynes and Boyd elevation take two picks up.
Four potential draft picks takes us to 6 main list vacancies.
Marchbank, Martin, Cuningham, Owies, Kennedy, is only 5 list vacancies.
If we are adding a gun mid in the draft, along with the Campos who are generally speaking mids, and have Lord to add, he may be squeezed out.
Still think Austin targets a KPD with the Kennedy pick.
The prospect of rookie listing McMahon, maybe Grainger-Barrass and the addition of 194cm+ Irishman Duffy would leave an excellent tall reset.
Suggests Sam Durdin and probably Matt Carroll delistings too.
Like Jack Carroll, but every chance Lord takes his game time, while pick 3 takes Matt Kennedy’s. Campos will be pushing too.
wouldn’t be surprised if Matt Carroll stays on as a rookie for another yearIf Kennedy goes, I'm guessing Jack Carroll stays. Just then would leave Sam Durdin and Matt Carroll, whom I think both would go (maybe Matt to VFL list...?)
I'm just trying to keep up with what we need for list places to accommodate those coming in. Durdin has essentially given us nothing because of injury, so it's logical he is delisted. But spaces seem tight.wouldn’t be surprised if Matt Carroll stays on as a rookie for another year
Played mid in draft year. Has all the qualities, why not?The next person who mentions Kemp in the same sentence as midfield is getting sent to have their delusions assessed.
He is a tweener. At best an average 3rd tall defender. Probably more potential up forward but tiny sample size.
I'm more than happy to keep him for now, with a full season up forward
I'd drive a hard bargain.. pick in the 20s and Membrey with them paying 80%. Otherwise, SOS can GAGF
Other picks will be swallowed with academy bids. Well end up with a pick in the 30-34 range. Highly doubt B. Campo gets picked up thereUmmm yeah!
38 probably a wasted pick.
