I'm overseas now, I'll be posting very sporadically. I had banked like 20+ posts, now you miss out :p
I’ll start the first two posts that you would have written :p

There’s not enough rookies
There’s not enough cheap rookies

Primary way they think about money that separates them from us:

They inherit it from mum and dad 😂
The Gina Rinehart method lol

Happy-go-lucky units, on the whole, won’t be dying of overwork any time soon :moustache:
But they like Scoops, Scopps is a ‚good, foreigner.
They meet you the first time, you babble away in High German, the stormclouds start to form…
stormy weather GIF

Then they realise with an accent like that you sure as shit aren’t actually from Germany and it‘s good times, happy days
Season 2 Yes GIF by Paramount+

(They’re not huge fans of the Germans, the Germans sometimes come across as a bit direct and they want to play Larry with a big stick, whereas the Swiss are not as big on the confrontational gear and High German is like their first foreign language haha)

Join us next time on ‚Around the World with Scoops‘ as we discover France‘s dirty little secret - their food is mid at best and they are an accident waiting to happen on the streets

Nah, I think the French refer to my position as kicker de la mierde, and until the day comes when I can’t get my clacker on a stool when the tune stops in the next round of the never-ending game of musical chairs, Pharma is the name of the game.
(Almost impossible to find an industry with a lower good bloke rating than the bankers, but the Pharma bros tend to find a way lolol)

4 ruck set and forget options for me next year

Xerri
English
TDK
Meek

I'm done with the oldies

Gawn will probably drop a 180 at some stage, but he'll no doubt get injured and miss weeks, so I'll play for total points and not average

Grundy is a decent option too I reckon

I'm starting Young next year again this time holding if he starts slow though :moustache: , assuming his pre-season is all good of course. Interestingly in the 2nd half of this season his 2 stinkers were both against Sydney.
IMO the biggest worry is teams start to realise they should be tagging him and not Serong.

Sell Mckercher to me. What is the appeal there?

You will be anti-PODing Coleman and Smith starting that team. Although I do love a pure GnR team.

Role
racks up getting the ball
Beautiful disposal
can nail risky kicks
kick in?

Just his body being right is the issue. I think he's good for a ton plus and will be a popular pick.
Does he keep playing seagull in his second year? Or do they move him into his natural position ala Sheezel?

Scores well when he plays, but not a pick in his second year for me. Need to see him stay fit for a decent period of time.

Early draft and lots can change but as of now, until Clarko says he will moved into the middle he will be in my team.

I am a fan and rate him not to far behind Sheez in the talent stakes. 460k is a steal if he's fit.

Sheezel wont be forward
Tom Stewart will be cheap next year, prefer him to Sinclair and Hinge
Wouldnt pay 680k for a winger (Gulden) but yes pick one 650k mid, probably LDU.
Wasn't Sheez roughly 50/25/25 as of rd16 or 17? So in 8+ rds, he can get that to 25/40/35

If they scrap the sub rule and have 5 on the bench, surely high TOG players become more valuable? Players getting 50-60% TOG be common. Reckon guys will like Gulden playing almost 100% game time will score well.

Might change my view over the offseason but, as it stands, if it is 40 trades (or more) again, I'm not playing for the first time in two decades.

The game is so boring now.
Boring in the sense that you don't have to be too strategic with your trades and the teams end up converging way too much

But, on the other hand, SC is pretty boring once you are out of trades though

If its RD 16, my basic maths says he needs 55% fwd time to get fwd eligibility.

CBAs are too high I think couple that with TOG and pushing up after starting forward I think he misses
