Don't believe he will do that.

Also we have acknowledged he's getting a bit battered, hence why CCJ is coming into the side. Not that CCJ is killing it, just more about protecting Charlie.

I seem to remember in his one year at North and more particularly at Geelong, Cam Mooney was fairly aggressive in his attack on the ball and the opposition and gave away a few frees in the process. Went on to be a triple premiership player (admittedly zero possessions in his first one). Far better to be aggressive and give away a few frees than to sit back and hope that it just happens.

The sad bit, apart from the obvious, is that there’s not another player in the forward that would have even tried to get to that contest. It was such a shot kick in.

Been one of very few bright lights this season. Gutted for him given his injury run.

I'm not writing him off. Hasn't been diagnosed yet but you'd imagine it's a double bone break.

Paton did the same in 2021 and returned in 2022.

Ratugolea did in 2018 and played 20 games in 2019 and has played 5 season's since the injury.

There can be a lot of complications but the process is a lot better than where it was 20 years ago. He'll be back. It's not like we are in a hurry...we are atrocious at the moment so he'll be given a lot of time to recover. Especially after what he's shown this season.
